Some tough decisions this offseason. I like Geno, wouldn't mind seeing him back and what he can do with an improved OL. DK is the one must have for me.
I wanna see Geno with atleast a top 20 o line next season. So much ignorance involving Geno, he has been VERY impressive, given the trash o line he has had for 3 years
Dre mont and Fant need to go....dre mont's production wasn't worth the money and Seattle never uses a TE for anything more then blocking so why would we need a good or decent one? Even if we had Bowers we would never use him properly so....just go cheap there
A great offense (Detroit) will always make the fan base happy, and it leads to playoffs. We focus to much on CB's / secondary. Those players shine when the DL is getting pressure & sacks = interceptions & fumbles. So build a young, great OL, specifically IOL. Otherwise the fans & mgt won't be happy = like this year. Expect or demand JS be FIRED if this knucklehead can't build us a real O-LINE
No way I'm paying a 35 yo career journeyman quarterback over $40M a year. When people say Geno is as good as some of those QBs making over $50M, that may be true - this minute or last. The reason Tua and Justin Herbert get that money is because people believe that we haven't seen their ceilings yet and there's another level they can elevate their games to. Contracts are not about rewards for past performance. They're about future speculation, even if it's a short term future. (like Aaron Rodgers the last 2 years, or Russell Wilson 2 years before that) If you believe that Geno is really a top 15 QB, that's fine. Let's say he's the 12th best QB in the NFL right this minute. That's what Aaron Rodgers and Russell Wilson were when they fell off a cliff, and the teams that signed them got decimated. There are all kinds of issues signing an aging QB including the increased likelihood of injury because their muscles, tendons, and bones aren't that of a 22 year old kid anymore. It doesn't have anything to do with how much they've played. I'm not giving Sam Darnold $25M or Dak $50M or extending Derek Carr for $40M. I've seen the ceilings.
@@nickly2812jus means we’d be a 5-6 win team and we go for our franchise qb next year no?? Or we gonna go for it again and be in the same mid season with a mid pic?
@@trenchbabyhoncho31even if we get rid of Geno we’d probably be a 6-9 win team and our pick would be like 8-16th which isn’t much better than 14-20th we’ve been picking at lately. Tanking doesn’t make a whole lotta sense so might as well try to make a push
What’s our better option? Geno is the only reason this offense scored any points behind this atrocious offensive line. You see how Sam Howell did? I’d love for you to name one realistic option better than Geno right now. You guys wanna push such uneducated fair weather narratives so badly.
@thebossmw3gamer And you want to be delusional thinking Geno is some badass qb when he is not. There are plenty of other options better. Darnold and even the rookie Milton looked better than Geno. Fields as well.
@If you actually believe those 3 guys are better options than Geno you must really not watch or understand ball. Darnold is the only one worth arguing but it would be pointless to bring him in when Geno can play at that level and has already been in the building. I do agree that the seahawks should draft someone in the mid round to develop behind Geno for a year or two preferably Ewers. Geno threw for over 4000 yards and had a 70% completion percentage. Yes turnovers were an issue but he was being asked to throw the ball an extreme amount. If you think anything that you just listed can replace that production in these circumstances then you need to really reevaluate your understanding of the game.

Huge F if the Seahawks extend Dremont jones
I don’t even think that’s possible lol.
He’s 💯 gone don’t worry
I doubt they will unless he's willing to take a huge pay cut.
D.K. biggest problem is he's a wr who uses his body more than going out to get the ball. It's frustrating at times watching.
Extending Geno, with the same O-Line!?... I don't know man...
Sign a good free agent guard and draft a guard who can play tackle.
Hey Brendon! Do you know when we would see these moves (and potential moves) happen ?

Might be a bit too early to dismiss tight ends. our new OC might use them!
No more then 38 million per year for Geno

1st like and 1st comment. Whoop whoop. 😂😂
Locket is still a reliable receiver.

Cool, let's just play without a competent QB.
And who would replace Geno? Weak ahh QB class, 18th pick ain't gonna give us no qb better then Geno, unless u want a aging Rodgers or Wilson from FA 😂

@@nickly2812 Nobody will replace Geno. Geno will happily sign for 3 years $90M. Name another team that would give Geno a 3/90 contract.
Geno is the biggest drain on the budget. Get rid of him. He is curse on the team.

We could also draft Dart this year.
