Wait till the summer and check it out. Constanta is like Vegas all summer long parties on the beach 24/7. Nothing like that in Georgia, even in the summer.
It's a summer tourist city, it comes alive in the summer. The port of Constanta is also the largest port in the Black Sea and one of the most important in all of Europe.
