I saw and heard everything in subtitles and loved the humility with which you explained everything. We have Raj in common. He is excellent. Me and my family are reaching Sydney on September 11th. Hope to meet you people one day. Thanks for the video.

Namaste uncle I am Nagendra's daughter. Wt about school syllabus..

    • @nonresidentkannadiga
      @nonresidentkannadiga  Рік тому

The syllabus is different from the Indian syllabuses. It is too early for me to talk about it. But here children don't have exams until 10th standard and have very little to no homework.

    Hi sir and ma'am
Acutally we're planning for Australia as you said we get PRs in late and more importantly getting job is little difficult as Indian's...
Soo we thought of taking 6 months ka some course so that we'll get student visa and Australian experience and then can apply jobs..
    Any suggestions on it
    We're totally confused about it.

    • @nonresidentkannadiga

Hi Manjushree, finding the first job in Australia is difficult for anyone, not just Indians. It is difficult for students who have studied in Australia as well. I suggest coming here with a good backup for 6 months at least and being ready to do any kind of work for sustenance. We came in as a family assuming at least one of us will get a job. It did work for us. Some people come as an individual first and once everything is secured will bring their family.

Hi Pradeep and Ramya, bahala channaagidhe video..very helpful. Swalpa doubts:
    1. What are the rental rates in Sydney? What is the difference in rent between CBD and Minto?
    2. Rental agreement goskara 100 points helidralla..adu yenu?
    3. Anarghya school video nalli swalpa Indian parents kuda kanista idare..does Minto have a decent density of Indians? Alli exclusively Indian grocery stores idiya?

@raomance, thanks for the appreciation. Share madi pls.
      1. Rental rates in Sydney CBD is 60 to 80% higher than in Minto or similar suburbs. You can check it here:
      www.realestate.com.au/rent/in-sydney+cbd,+nsw/list-1?source=refinement
      2. Each govt document like a Passport, driving licence, Medicare card, previous rent agreements and Gov Photo ID carries certain points. When submitted documents are added it should be min 100 points for a rental agreement.

      3. Yes there are Indians in Minto. I have heard Paramatta is where Indians are in large numbers. Exclusive Indian, Srilankan and Bangladeshi stores (you get Indian stuff also) are everywhere.
