There was a performance by these guys with Marcus King siting in on a bunch of tunes. I caught the end of it and have an mp3 file of the whole show. It was good. Same venue - Pisgah Brewing.
Freakin' hell! I've been a subscriber to this channel for years, listened to this and other videos for dozens of times and I just can't believe that this dude hasn't got a million subs already! Something's is wrong in this world... Best wishes from Europe and pls keep it up, you're doing Gods work!

Never take this down Barry! Years later, and it is still so fresh. Such a fun concert by some of my favorite musicians in the raw
More people need to know about Mike Seal. Wicked guitar playing
+Smith&Dahl Holdings, Inc. and what a tone too!
+Smith&Dahl Holdings, Inc. Killuh!!
another guy who threw away the pick

Sipes playing is ridiculously musical while making all that technique look so effortless. So inspiring.
Mike Seal on guitar is amazing.
Oh how I love Sipe's playing.
I saw Jeff play with Warren Haynes at the Jerry Garcia Symphonic show in Philly. The most incredible drum solo I've ever heard. Simply amazing.
theknowmad would love to hear that show
watched the whole thing and renewed my faith in the American trio....
By the way, i forgot to mention, badass recording, both video, (simple, no nonsense B & W) and awesome audio! Thanks @Barry2theB :)
Simply amazing playing by all.
Came for Jeff, stayed for Mike !!! HOLY CRAP!!! these guys are freaking awesome!!!!!!
Taylor is no joke either! GREAT PLAYING!!!! sweet sound!
Still one of the greatest things to have landed on UA-cam. Can't count how many times I've seen or just listened to this. Sublime!
Man, Sipe just flows!
Taylor Lee is the next big thing in Bassists.
Holy and Moly (Moley?)! So good...I have to thank Jeff for decades of inspirational playing. He has always been involved in such fine collaborations.
One of the dopest D’Angelo covers I’ve ever heard for real.

check out the aquarium rescue unit
The drumming in the second half is breathtaking.
Hey! pavlovsdoggies!..remember me?
loved jeff with shawn, now i can't get enough of this trio \m/
Exactly what I thought. Much more jazzy, but just as compelling as the Hellborg/Lane/Sipe trio.
Nathaniel Bittner Not to me; this is fantastic, but Shawn Lane's genius is missing, and the music is far less adventurous and much more conventional.
***** Well, maybe the choice of words isn't ideal, but it isn't an insult, nor is it false. You should just check it out if you like this; you're in for a mind blowing treat.

3 years later and the Marcus King Band is my favorite band lol. Incredible musician.
D'Angelo, "Spanish Joint"-- very nice version. Sipe still sounds great. I remember seeing him play with the original ARU in the early 1990s.
Very, very impressive! Excellent synergy!
Freakin' hell! I've been a subscriber to this channel for years, listened to this and other videos for dozens of times and I just can't believe that this dude hasn't got a million subs already! Something's is wrong in this world... Best wishes from Europe and pls keep it up, you're doing Gods work!

Fucking sick, saw Jeff with Warren Haynes back in February.
Got this set cranking on Chromecast. Nice stuff for sure.
These three guys are incredible, but that guitarist is absolutely above any other...
And I forgot the drummer...
17:56 easily one of the best synchronized grooves I've ever seen
reminds me of the guy playing along with boomhauer, incredible stuff
Jeff, Rack 1 is tuned very nice. it has been making me smile especially for the drum feature at 1:43:20
MAD FUNK
in addition to alot if great covers Mike Seal also plays Jerry Reed. He usually covers lightnin' rod or struttin'. Great stuff.

O trio todo é excelente mas esse guitarrista é fora de série, técnica e musicalidade sensacionais, deveriam falar mais desse cara!
Sipe reminds me of Alphonse Mouzon 40 years ago.."the essence of mystery."
Yeah this is other-worldly for sure. Just an awesome fluency among the 3
Jerry Reid and Weather Report covers in the same set.
I think that may be a first! Please notify me if I am wrong
and James Brown
And D'Angelo
