The Fisherman's "Kayak Insider" - Jamaica Bay Classic

May 25, 2017 - More than 300 kayakers vied for an opportunity to represent the region in the Hobie World Kayak Fishing Classic this fall as they scoured the waters of Jamaica Bay for stripers, blues, weakfish and fluke.
While the competition is appealing enough, the event also presents an opportunity to learn from other anglers who descend on the bay from states up and down the East Coast.
