    a good use of sentences especially speaking to elders or anyone older, always say cah-noy (me,myself) its a respectful way of speaking. ex; cah-noy pai hit cahn : im going to work.

    As a Chinese I find it easy to learn Lao...the grammar is the same and so many similar words

      @@SunnyD876 chinese. Because all other Asian languages follow the Chinese counting system and sound phonetically the same.

      Yes, the word telephone is “tho la sup” and cell phone is “tho la sup meu theu “ - meu thue means handheld.

    Not everyone wants to learn travel words, basics are "I want, I need, me, you, house, kid, baby, love, huge, small and etc. Why do I need to say "credit card" at my very 1st lesson?
