    Dr. Todd Rodman is a board certified sports physician specializing in soft tissue and sports chiropractic therapies for rapid recovery and optimal performance.     Thank You for thoroughly explaining how to use this hyperice. The other films do not explain clearly like you have and the instructions are very helpful, I don’t know what the extra connections are for.

    I've got the Hypervolt and the Vyper foam roller. In my experience, you can't go wrong with a product from this company, and this one is definitely going onto my Christmas list.

      Do you need to charge it for 6 hours before using it ? So it can't vibrate and for the heat please let me know
