for the blue orb, you keep defusing the bomb until a yellow text appears on your screen, which tells that the green tree is spawned, then beat mtt phase 1, grab horrors axe and chop the green glitchy tree down as nega or sans, then you get the blue orb for the red orb, you need to have the blue orb to get the red orb. then you have to keep defusing a bomb until a yellow text appears on your screen (something about the world being unstable i think), then you need to find 4-6 glitches located in random spots in the lobby, then after they are all found, a red text (i think) will appear on the bottom of your screen. then you need to start the game and kill the killer boss with 99k hp for the red orb. its actually easy since killer doesnt move or attack
