Van Damme might have the best kicks we will ever see out there. His agility and swiftness are unmatched till today. It doesnt seem to be any kind of effort for him to kick as quick as he does with such a accuracy + he can change so quick the target without even losing balance. Like i said, unmatched.
Yo not tryna be a dick or take away any credit from JCVD but u have apparently never been to a martial arts school and saw black belts throw kicks because it looks the exact same as this they have extremely good flexibility and balance because they are black belts

I grew up watching JCVD and I even learned to copy his splits and kicks. Now that I’m older I can’t do any of those. I use to show those kicks to my grandpa, but sadly I can’t no more. It was fun while it lasted, good memories last forever.

Bloodsport remains for me THE best Martial Arts movie ever!! The training scenes..and his fight with the Sumo, where he has to work harder to win! This film inspired my Karate training.. Which I passed to my son.

I love that Van Damme, Adkins, and Michael Jai White exist in my world. I love Donnie Yen, Jet Li and Jackie Chan is the greatest of all time. Someone show me better, please, aside from Iko and Tony Jaa. LOL
