Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too, jokingly.

Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.

This is superb! Information, as a noob it gets quite difficult to handle all of this and staying informed is a major cause, how do you go about this are you a pro investor?

Through closely monitoring the performance of my portfolio, I have witnessed a remarkable growth of $483k in just the past two quarters. This experience has shed light on why experienced traders are able to generate substantial returns even in lesser-known markets. It is safe to say that this bold decision has been one of the most impactful choices I have made recently.

Between me and my husband we 100% financed our home with a 20k loan. He pays the mortgage and I pay the loan. First time home buyers. If u have a plan you can get it done. Our house we bought two years ago at 180k and now its worth 250k. Now we can refinance and pay the loan off.

VERY well done ! I say this with 40+ years in mortgage finance & banking working with credit bureaus. Different models and parameters are used by different industries but *Universal Credit Solutions tech* info is pretty much universal. If you're trying to max your credit scores, there is a happy medium between too many credit cards and none. Too many cards with zero balnce may actually hurt you in some cases. Even if you do not use them, you have a potential. To always pay cash & still have cards doesn't help your scores as well

I have 10 Amex, 5 credit cards and 5 charge cards. The key with Amex points is to know which cards maximize points for your purchases. I have over 600k MR pts this year alone and have taken many trips for free and I haven't spent no where near 100k a year on them. It's about knowing how to use the cards.

At 34 years old I finally feel ready to settle down long enough to buy a house. Unfortunately due to previous horrible stupid life decisions, I'm forced to start with a zero balance in my savings account. On the bright side, the huge amount of debt - consequence of those bad decisions will be payed off next month! It's never too late to start saving like there's no tomorrow, and I'm really REALLY excited and motivated. Amex will not issue if you have a lot of old/new inquiries!! and paid charge-offs if your creditor is unwilling to remove them! you will have to jump thru HOOPS to have that done. Personally I opened up a Business checking account that I fund monthly, Got approved on amazon for their Amex Business Card with 50 day payback option. So that when I apply again for Amex, I will have that kind of relationship with them and it gives me time to clean up everything else.

Setting people up for failure. The mortgage will indeed be on your credit report, the cards may not show up on your cr however as the bills get to be too much you will be late and itb will pop up on your cr. Plus the business credit cards inquiries will show up on your credit report lowing your credit score.

This is great info, but it always seems like these tips are given in absence of talking about the importance of having a viable business plan to generate business revenue.
Sure, you can guarantee it with your personal credit, but if you’re personally broke too, then you’re still SOL.
What is your plan to make money so when you spend the money, you can pay your debt that allows you to maintain good business credit.

there’s a hack for points, you get a refund but ask for a check deposit it back into your bank and pay back to the credit card - rinse and repeat.

If home address was used for a LLC, how can one go about making the switch to a Regis Virtual Office?

At the 8:54 point when he says if you are using your home address to build business credit, your risk factor goes up. How does it make you riskier by using your home address?

I believe that you made a misstatement that the Founder/CEO of an llc can't also be the " registered agent." That may be how it is in the states where you've operated, but in California you can be the 'registered agent.'

Fyi, centurion lounges require that your arrive 3 hours ahead of scheduled ✈. Few do that, which is how they control quantity of people.

Tech tip. There is a way to use use Your free Gmail account to receive and send as your business email. Go into your business email account settings find the forwarding info, create a free Gmail, go to the forwarding on Gmail settings and you will be able to enter the info and sync it up.
From an IT entrepreneur, it's just a way to help cut the bills on starting up down. Gmail does Recieve and "send as" as your business name. I love Gmail platform and I've used it for years. (I should make a video)😅
