(February 2023) This thing is insanely fast for a freight elevator. It is running at 800FPM in this video. Its max speed is 1000 FPM.

EPIC FREIGHT ELEVATOR! 14000 Lbs (6300 Kgs), and 1000 FPM (5 meters/second). Now that is something you don't see every day at all. A huge freight elevator traveling at very high speed. It also would have been cool if it served ALL 28-30 floors. Wow!

Usually goods lifts/freight elevators aren't very high rise and are slow. But this one is fast! The motor must have some power to lift such a heavy lift/elevator car at such high speed.
EDIT: I just saw the motor, IT'S MASSIVE!
