I’m glad to see the chef using SWEET Marsala wine! In every other video on UA-cam they say, “Make sure you use DRY Marsala wine.” I’ve had this dish both ways and I much prefer it with sweet Marsala. I love the sweet/savory combination.
had to check for pink in his chicken before he took a bite😂. no color on the chicken, breading looked doughy, mushrooms not cooked (also not portobellas) like he said they were. I dont understand doing this when its clear you are not able to pull this off at a high level.
