I have a query Under sec 19, clause C, employer shall organise workshop/ awareness class for employees and IC members. But nowhere in this act has defined quality, qualifications and experience of POSH Trainer. Kindly advise me where can I get accurate information about Trainer
Can employee in organisation himself act as POSH trainer in organisation

Generally senior lady employees can be POSH Trainer or professional HR agency may also be hired. Regards
