It is a bit scary for a restaurant that serves raw fish to be dirty, but the food looks really good. I don't eat raw fish or beef, so I'm out of luck here 😂. The appetizers look yummy and original and different dessert. I'm so glad that you guys had such a nice meal. Great, informative and informative video as always ❤ thank you!
Oh no 😬, unfortunately this was the dirtiest we've seen it. Food was great though. I think the burgooshi is cooked so more like a hamburger turned into a roll than a raw meat sushi. The dessert was a 🌟. We did have a great time! Thank you, so happy to know you enjoyed 🙂.
Finally getting a chance to catch up on all the good food :). I am with Sam... not a huge fish fan. Mmm fish fan lol. First .. why isn't there a cowfish in California? I love the idea of sushi that is not fish centric. The dessert looks so so good... once again thank you for the reviews and being honest! Eating the food we might not have the chance to eat lol

I want all the food there. Good to see the pickles are sharable. I love fried pickles. We have a friend that works at universal that is always trying to take us here but it never works out due to scheduling lol. One day we will make it. Yikes on the it being messy. Hopefully they were having an off day, if not, I hope they get it together because that's not a good look for future customers. That mousse looked good too!
We all have to go here one day! This is definitely our favorite City Walk Restaurant. Unfortunately, this is the messiest we'd ever seen it but we've been feeling like a lot of these restaurants have been understaffed, we could be wrong though. The Mousse was 🔥!
Yay excited for your citywalk series! My longest trip to Orlando is in the fall for HHN and we stay between hard rock and Disney. So always love universal food content. Toothsome is always my must stop restaurant and I will agree last time I went it was disappointing. The worst French fries I’ve ever had. I didn’t realize French fries could get messed up. We went on a Saturday, and every other time we been there was lunch during the week so I was speculating their quality falls when they are at their busiest. Maybe that was just my wishful thinking. I’ll be crossing my fingers you enjoy your next time there! Also my husband and I first trip together was universal as well! Our first restaurant isn’t there anymore. Cowfish may have replaced it or maybe antojitos I can’t remember.
Maybe we have to try Toothsome during lunch then. Our first two experiences there were amazing but last visit was really bad. We waited 40 min after we ordered, never received our entrees, then our waiter came and asked if we wanted dessert. Speaking of City Walk Restaurants that no longer exist, we miss Emeril’s ! Definitely need to add more City Walk Restaurants to the channel. Hope you have the BEST trip for HHN and that we see you in the fog 🙂.
Omg! Ok that is really really bad. I hope they comped your meal or discounted it. I waited tables for years back in my 20s I def would have taken care of you, I hope they did too! Just found out I’ll be back in May for Flower and Garden and at universal so maybe I’ll be able to stop at toothsome and report back. Maybe I’ll randomly run into you guys again like at poly lol. But I’ll be with my parents so I won’t be 4 drinks in in the afternoon lol. Either way I am excited for your series and hope that you guys have much better luck to toothsome next time!
@@ThemeParkFoodies following up on this! Happy to report went to Toothsome Sunday and Monday cause my parents really liked it and wanted to go back a second time. We went in the evening for both, and had a great time both times. All the food was great, service as well, and we were in and out in a little over an hour. I really hope if you go back that your food and experience are better this time!
This place looks fun and interesting. I’m sure most people have never even heard of a sushi fusion restaurant before. Disappointing that the staff wasn’t taking care of the cleanup as well as they should but the food seemed all great so that’s a plus.
This is definitely our favorite out of the Universal Orlando City Walk line up. This was the dirtiest we've experienced it and wanted to give an accurate depiction of our experience. We still mostly stick to the resorts for table service dining but if we're dining at City Walk, The Cowfish is our go-to.
id really like to 😍💕bring my family there at cowfish for a bite to eat on universal CityWalk looks like something for everyone and that Nutella dessert i made a Nutella pie once and it looked similar to your dessert so i know that tasted fulfilling
Doug's Filet is always my favroite there. We usually get the Parmesan Bacon Truffle Fries as an app.
