Ilhan Omar is an asset, not a threat; bigotry is the real threat - especially when bigots vote.
The BIGGEST threat to our democracy is not bigotry though; it’s the abundance of otherwise “intelligent” people who ignorantly brag about being “not political” and say asinine things like “My vote doesn’t matter.” Dude, if your vote really didn’t matter, then why have Republicans been spending so much time passing/promoting laws that make it more difficult for people to vote, and gerrymandering districts to disenfranchise minorities, while also opposing/stopping legislation like the John R. Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act?
There’s no point in condemning Republican bigotry nor cheering on Democratic diversity unless you’re voting and/or actively encouraging others to vote. Democracy is not a spectator sport.
Yes, she adopted Sharia Laws and chose to stay home. She should come to Pakistan to implement Sharia Law here. We, as a Pakistani, would love to host her.

I was a fan of Ilhan Omar until i found out she voted against the measure to recognize the Armenia Genocide. Was very disappointed by this act and it raised a lot of red flags for me as to why.
