Hey, John. Been awhile since I caught one of your videos. Glad you're still making content! I never had one of these handhelds, but I think my brother had a couple. I was so into console gaming back then, so it was hard for me to get into them!
I remember my parents loading me up on these before they finally broke down and got me a Gameboy for Xmas after the R-Zone had brought me to my knees. Crazy they are making these again, thanks John!
My cousin had an R-Zone. I think he had a copy of Mortal Kombat, and it sucked lol.
Happy holidays John! Glad to see you looking healthy after such massive surgery.
What kind of surgery did he have? And when?
@@Dreamcatcher9000 Open heart surgery. 6 months to a year ago, I think.
@@awitcheskid Oh, wow... Thanks.
I got the x men version I need that jp one!
I had the original one, I had no idea there was a gate. I just thought it went forever and you just got as far as you could for a high score.
I actually have this tiger game. Do you remember “barcode battlers games”? You scan barcodes into games for power ups.
These things were the "game boy for the poors" 😅 nice review man!
Would you be able to do a review on the R zone system I'm curious about it
I had the batman returns
I had this one as a kid. I didn’t remember particularly likening this one. There was one just called “dinosaurs” which I thought was better than this one. You were a caveman.
I could never figure out how this game worked or if there was even a way to win when I was a kid. Then I played a few months ago and still couldn't figure it out. I don't think I ever tried pushing the down button so I guess the best I did was move nowhere and then run out of time.
This is dumb in a world of smart phones.
.....really?
It's called nostalgia you young dim witted fool
