So good! The acid of the pickles are your friend as they balance the base of the ghost pepper. Also eat the slaw with it because the salted cabbage has a bit of acid.
You start leaving no doubt Joel ,most definitely you are unstoppable. A lot of people like to see that no condiments/ food left over ,challenges are hard but you hands down killed this one. Leaving no doubt should be your approach to every challenge you dominate.

The best thing to prepare yourself for super hot peppers/foods is to eat a cup of oatmeal a half hour beforehand. It slows down digestion so it doesn't rocket through you, it helps you to not have cramps and saves your colon from the round two burn
