Yes they met a man from crime stoppers who carried a copy of the daily mail(as I.D.) on a park bench and the money in a unasuming brown paper bag was put by the mans feet who picked it up and casually walked away.

My LEAST fave version of the theme , proper dumbed down, LEAST favourite style of reconstruction . Always felt that Nick was cringing/uncomfortable whilst trying to deliver the show in this "new" / "americanised" style .
I’m surprised they used the Get Carter theme in the reconstruction of the Swedish lady killed on the bus. I’m not sure they used music in any other reconstructions
@@openmindeduk I havent come across that one, I follow a few people who have crimewatch episodes but I’ve just checked and none of them have that episode to date! So if you’re on that episode you’ll be lucky to know that none of us have seen it yet 😉

You can't. They have to have your name and recording of your voice tipping them of. As the ph no you ph on is traced. Even from a ph box. They have to no they are giving it to the right person

They don't miss a thing when it goes to giving rewards incase the person is involved in way or another to the crime. And can be charged year's down the track. As there is no statutory of limitations on alot of crime's. CCTV and recording devices are everywhere.. and no doubt that bank manager will be working in with the police.
