Don't REPLACE Sharpen Shears, Tin Snips or even Scissors the proper way

Sharpening shears and tinsnips requires care to maintain their effectiveness and precision. First, clean the blades with soapy water to remove debris and dry them thoroughly. Dismantle them if possible for easier access. Use a fine file or whetstone, maintaining the original angle of the cutting edge. Gently glide the sharpener along each blade's edge, ensuring consistent strokes from base to tip. For serrated blades, a special conical file is necessary to fit the serrations. After sharpening, wipe the blades with a lightly oiled cloth to prevent rust. Test the sharpness on scrap material. Regular maintenance extends their lifespan and ensures clean, effortless cuts in metal or other materials.

Great tip about using the shaft (fnarr!) of the drill as the honing rod. I like your design of making the handle to go into it, as well as your "old saw blade project" (separate video) to make a marking knife.
