@ Okay so I can answer your questions! There are no spoilers in the titles! I made sure not to give any away. The ordering is basically the watch/read order I used when rewatching the series last year. The placements are where I think makes the most sense to experience them. I’m trying not to spoil anything so I can’t get super in depth about certain aspects but I think it’ll make sense when you watch it. The reason I split the adaptations of ‘Lost Girls’ from their mangas is because the adaptation alters when they take place (Lost in a Cruel World), or includes information not originally known when the manga was released (Wall Sina: Goodbye). The OVAs were originally made to go along with certain volumes of the manga. ‘Lost Girls’ is an adaptation of the manga, which in turn is an adaptation of the Visual Novel of the same name by Hiroshi Seko. ‘No Regrets’ is an adaptation of the manga of the same name by Gun Snark. These are not written by Isayama, but certain aspects are considered canon and they don’t contradict anything in the series as a whole. ‘Ilse’s Notebook’ is an adaptation of the special chapter at the start of volume 5, it was written by Isayama, although it wasn’t originally adapted by WIT during season 1, unlike the other special chapter. The majority of this episode is anime original, but it’s still incredibly important to watch/read. ‘The Torturous Curse of Youth’ is an adaptation of a bunch of fame previews that Isayama did at the end of each volume. It’s mostly comedic, but there are some gags that are kind of spoilers if you watch before where I put it. ‘Distress’ is the only completely original ova and thus its canonicity is dubious at best. It’s the most filler filler you’ve ever seen, but it includes some character interactions that are somewhat interesting, and it wouldn’t feel right to just not mention it. I hope this made sense! Edit: Also the reason I included both the anime and manga is because there are some things that got left out of the anime or were changed to the point I think experiencing both is a worthwhile thing to do. This is most noticeable in Season 3 Part 1 or Volumes 13-18.
Theoretically, would a Heavenly Restriction user have a longer lifespan than a normal human? If their senses, soul, and even healing factor is in peak condition, then it would make a lot of sense for them to live longer than average. Edit: By live longer I mean also retain their physical prime longer.
Probably, it would likely depend on how many injuries they get since I assume accelerated healing’s main cost would be accelerating wear and tear of the body if abused too much. But yea they’d probably live a fair bit longer not just in their prime but in general.
