Beautiful match of traditional instinctive shooting. Split fingers, two eyes open focused on the spot and let the body making the right and smooth movements to make the arrow reach the spot. I liked the style of Jana.
Seems to be Intuitive Archery, not at all longbow. And it sure does look intuitive when you look at their aiming - they are not looking arrow's tip at all. Well done. I wonder the distance?
Yes but it has no shelf so you trade of energy against precision. Our archery association always pushed the asiatic bows into the Bowhunter category and you had no chance there but against a Longbow ? Those are pretty close.
I enjoy watchinb your archery channel from Australia.

Does not look like a longbow tbh. surprised they allowed it. Anybody knows what bow it is?
recurve duh what else???
How was that a longbow (I mean the first one)??? … And how was the second one traditional???
They’re flatbows, sometimes called ‘hybrid’ longbows. They’re much easier to shoot than a real longbow
Nice

One is not a long bow but a recurve bow, more like a horse bow

If it touches the bow on 4 points its a recurve horse bow or not.
They allow recurces, longbows, horsebows, etc. Should call this traditional and not longbow
Lol. NOT a longbow.
