The new Revival model, World Map will include the faithful reproduction of the original world map dial from 1969, with unique retro designs and modern specifications and features. The blue gradation dial reflects the earth as a celestial body in the universe., and it has been specially processed to appear spherical due to the lens effect. It depicts a mystical radiant earth that plays tribute to the depth and beauty of sea. Just like the original 1969 model, the new model displays time, date, and day of the week. It also has an inner bezel that can be rotated using the crown at the four o’clock position on the case, allowing a simplified 24-hour time display. The case has been updated to achieve water resistance to 20 bar, and the bracelet is composed of solid metal links for suppleness and comfortable fit. The automatic in-house caliber F6922 provides stable high accuracy, making these models perfect for any occasion.

Dumb question, how does the world clock part work. I’m in Saudi Arabia, where do I set the dial to observe other time zones? Or is that not how it works?
It doesn't work, it's a fashion watch.
@@Gumby56 I actually use it for time zones. It does make sense telling time zones internationally. It’s just that it’s not that useful or easy to read. Easier to just do the math in your head.

HOLA. SALUDOS DESDE ARGENTINA. HERMOSA PIEZA DE ORIENT. DA LA IMPRESIÓN QUE SE DESTACA AÚN MÁS, EL COLORADO DEL ESCUDO. LE FALTA CALIDAD AL EXTENSIBLE. SI BIEN PARECEN DE ACERO SÓLIDO, ES ALGO FEMENINO POR SU ESPESOR. ME GUSTA SU BISEL INTERNO, LA ESFERA, PERO DEBERÍA TENER ÍNDICES PEQUEÑOS APLICADOS Y PULIDOS, PARA DARLE BRILLO.
Recuerde que copia la estética de los World Diver /World Map de finales de los años 60´s /70´s;por eso se ven así los brazaletes extensibles ligeramente gruesos que se adelgazan conforme llegan al broche central,así los sacó a la venta Orient en esos lejanos años,(era la moda).
Tengo un Orient World Diver de doble ventana fechador (A las 9 y a las 3) con el calibre "1942",hace poco lo adquirí ,y la verdad me sorprende lo exacto que trabaja el reloj,sobre todo para la edad que tiene ¡Más de 50 años!(Supuestamente lo dieron a conocer entre 1967 y 1969). Hubo otra version de este mismo modelo que trae solamente una ventana fechador calendario,ubicada a las 3,que según tengo entendido ya trae el venerable calibre "469" que Orient lanzó en este modelo colección "World Map" en 1969, al cual rinde homenaje,y que después lo colocó en el World Diver que menciono lineas arriba(Hé leído en foros de relojes,que primero lanzaron el World Diver y posteriormente hicieron el diseño del World Map,que porque estaba muy cargada la esfera del primer modelo de reloj, con tantos nombres de ciudades del mundo para la hora mundial,y luego cambiaron los nombres de las ciudades,por el mapa visto desde el polo sur).
Sinceramente para mi gusto,es mejor que traiga en la esfera los nombres de las ciudades,que el mapa: Más fácil de saber la hora en determinada ciudad del mundo girando el bisel y ubicarlo así,y no estar adivinando en que lugar del globo terraqueo es la hora,sin estar familiarizado con un mapa mundial,y luego colocado al revés de como se acostumbra visualizarlo.
No importa que sean antiguos o nuevos,Orient es garantía de calidad,es mi favorita,tengo algunos modelos que a la mejor ya son clásicos:4 Makos en sus 2 versiones el Normal y el Ray(azules),y 2 XL(un azul y el blanco luminoso entre ellos),todos ellos con el calibre "46943" y mi World Diver mencionado lineas arriba; una de las mejores marcas de relojes que hay a nivel mundial.

Sobre todo porque tengo modelos icónicos de sus últimas series más recientes,como mis Makos,así como modelos como mis King Diver,World Diver de los primeros de los años 60's, y otros no tan renombrados,pero bonitos modelos Crystal setenteros. Me gusta mucho la calidad de sus maquinarias,sencillas,pero precisas. Orient es sinónimo de calidad! Saludos desde Puebla México 🇲🇽
