The Southern California PEV Communities (LAPEV, SD ESK8, and Stay Charged Riders) collab for "The Best In The West 2024" in the Downtown Los Angeles Area. Initial event had to be rescheduled for the following day due to rain. The route begins at North Spring Street near Los Angeles Historic Park and traverses through popular destinations in Downtown Los Angeles, Chinatown, and Elysian Park.
