- In today’s video we do a comparison on exhausts on two different Honda Accord 6th gens (1998-2002)
The yonaka exhaust we installed in my last video. With my friend Luke’s Vibrant exhaust on his accord.

I have that same vibrant muffler on my civic, when paired with a turbo, cam and a vibrant resonator it made my old d series sound awesome!
I definitely do like the sound of the vibrantl! It's got a good sound

That’s a great road to cruise through Afton! I think the Yonaka sounds better. A smoother tone and less raspy.
Yeah definitely a fun road. They started doing road work. But we got thru! Appreciate it I do like both but that yonaka hits a little different!

Yes, i thinks its probably crappy resonator with the ebay piping if it includes one that is making it sound bad though
@@pinkfiffty3094 it’s been switched up now but the resonator is still a vibrant bottle style, I have gone with 2.5” mandrel bent tubing and an additional resonator which is a vibrant ultra quiet otherwise the only thing that has changed it tubing and additional resonator

The reason I ask is because my sister has a 97 Accord sedan and I've done a cold air intake on it with a ram air duct down to the front bumper and heat shield and then I'm getting ready to get her a header and then I'm debating between the yanaka which I've had really good luck with not sounding raspy or going your route which is vibrant muffler vibrant resonator with some 2.5 inch piping from the header back
I'd really like to hear what yours sounds like with the current setup.... 30 Hondas since the early 2000s and I've had eBay piping with a good muffler that's actually sounded good even on a D series 95 Civic Coupe DX headers no cat 2.5 inch piping
Exhaust that sounded great and then I've had a vibrant muffler vibrant ultra-quiet resonator with 2 1/2 inch piping that sounded good
I know my sister doesn't want her car to be loud she just wouldn't mind a little bit of sound she really likes the sound of the cold air intake by itself but I know headers in the exhaust would help her car breathe a little bit better and if I can do it with a nice subtle deep quiet tone that's not going to sound like a tin can piece of crap then I'm sure she would like it and it would be the final pieces that I want to add to her car.....
Because I've done every piece of maintenance top to bottom front to back and then we did Black housing headlights Amber corners type bar grill type r lip and then a really nice pearl white paint job with lots of pearl flake in it it's a very very clean daily driver was a one-owner car

I got a 1996 accord ex 5speed JDM F23a swap with stage 2 clutch and I have the first version of the yanaka and it sounds a lot different than your yanaka

I drive an 01 accord, the f23a1, with a yonaka catback as well and the sound is nothing like that, way way deeper and no rasp. Do you have stock headers?
No I have an after marker header and down pipe along with a header
Boosted_Dilly ahhh I see. I’m prolly gonna stick with my stock headers honestly i prefer the deep tone, a little sad that I don’t get any cool raspy sounds even with a straight thru cat tho

That's where the previous owner of my car got his cleared from him....but I bought another set with gray backs for spares that are gray backs. Gonna need to send him a message cuz in try a get a trunk swap from Indonesia with a shorter center lense

I have a 2001 4cyl accord (stock) and I want to make it loud and sound good i have been told not to go for a tune because of the ecu im considering the yonaka exhaust or vibrant not sure what all should I do?
Go yonaka or the vibrant setup, good aftermarket cold air intake and just cruise, unless you want more that’s all you need. A test pipe to replace the cat, and a good quality header.
You can’t tune because our ecu isn’t tuneable. If you want to tune you need a obd1 with a chip or hondata and it’s not cheap

Those clear taillights are so clean, what brand are they or where can I find them anybody know? I know they are rare but still somebody has to have some knowledge

Does anyone know if the 4cyl 6th gen accord oem exhaust would fit the v6 ones. I have a v6 6th gen and want to single exit so would the 4cyl be a direct fit?
That I’m honestly not sure, if the midsection is the same as a 4cyl. I’m sure it would.

I have honda accord 2002 it's for my parents it's mine now I might add some high flow air intake and hks exhaust but it's v4 and automatic do you think it's worth the tune and the money ?
Unless you go to obd1 you won’t be able to tune on thee accords stock ecu . And you really don’t need to tune for an exhaust and intake. I would put an exhaust on it and the intake and call it a day. The downfall of your car will be the automatic transmission. It really has its limits as they are glass and tend to fail a lot.

Headlights are custom made, twilights are rare/OG clear taillights very hard to find. They can be made codyy_j32 on Instagram.

Sounds good but ig my accord engine has steroids because that shit be picking up speed faster than this ,well at least sounds like to me .
On that road is 35-45mph
