      DebzLife LMAO like hell. USA has over 13,000 Military aircraft, India has just over 2,000. Only 564 of India’s aircraft are fighter aircraft, US has almost 2,000 fighters. India has 12,000 armored vehicles, America has 45,000. America had over 2,000 more tanks, double the ships, 11 aircraft carriers (India has one) 6 times the submarines, India only has 14 military satellites, USA has 123. Not to mention every piece of USA military hardware is up to date and advanced as hell. A country with such a little budget simply can’t muster up what the US has. China, Russia, and North Korea could riddle India. Manpower means nothing, especially when the Indian soldier is only equipped with 900 dollars worth of gear. Average US soldier wears over 17,500 dollars of the best shit around. 😂

    Looking at some of the smaller countries, although their standing military is small, many of them have mandatory military service. That is, every male must spend a certain number of months or years in military service or training, and in time of conflict can be quickly integrated into the standing army, so their military strength is larger than the numbers would suggest.

    • @sivonni
      @sivonni 2 роки тому

      Also, this is just active duty. This does not include National Guard or Reserves for the US, which regularly train to be ready when needed. Which adds over a million more to the US military, which makes more than 2 million well trained up-to-date soldiers, sailers, and airmen.
      Even if every person in a country has trained once in their lives on equipment that is decades out of date, that doesn't mean they can fight the same as an Army who constantly trains and has new or well maintained equipment. If we're going to count people who were once trained by their military, remember that the US has approximately 18 million veterans too and most of them trained for years.

  • @MarcusBritish
    @MarcusBritish 2 роки тому +21

    Size isn't the most important factor... a competent military also needs constant financing, modern equipment, thorough training and good leadership to produce a strong fighting force. So as big as North Korea's army claims to be, for example, it lacks all those things due to being a poor, isolated nation with sub-standard equipment. Russia is also proving that it relies on a lot of old technology and equipment which makes it weaker than it claims against more modern armies during engagements. Finally, conscripted men are never as determined or willing as volunteers, and a lot of eastern armies are full of conscripts who lack any desire to fight in a war or lose years of their life training to be a soldier. It makes their morale low and more likely to retreat when a fight comes. Again, Russia is proving this with its boys-torn-from-home army. They don't have the same inspiration or determination as the Red Army had to defend its country back in WW2. We live in a modern world, these boys want their future, education, family and peace, not to die for some evil Kremlin dictator in a brother nation.

    Training and technology is what makes and army superior, quantity was an advantage the last century or centuries ago. Right now Ukraine is the best example of that, even if they fall under Russia they proved that the training they received from NATO nations make them better than their current attackers who thought it would be supper easy.

      I support Russia 🇷🇺! Russia WON'T hurt any of the Ukrainian citizens, infact Russia is moving Ukranian citizens to Russia, incase something wrong happens! But if civilians want to act as a soldier, what other option does Russia have?
      Russia SHOULD ATTACK Ukraine 🇺🇦 because all the ex-soviet nations signed a treaty not to join NATO, as NATO wanted to disintegrate Soviet Union. Ukraine has always voted against Russia and India despite being an ex-soviet nation.
      Ukraine isn't being "bullied", Russia is trying to isolate NATO from its borders.
      Also it'd seriously affect Russia's oil trade if NATO comes near the black sea.
      Either agree all countries involved in this war are selfish or KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT!
      Russia could still spare Ukraine if it doesn't join NATO
      Also in UN RUSSIA ALWAYS SUPPORTED India 🇮🇳 while Ukraine was always against both Russia and India 🇮🇳.

    For example the US spends more on it's military than the next 10 countries below them in spending.
    Armies rely on technology to provide a force multiplier.

    Russia and America have the most nuclear weapons. America's military equipment is the best in the world.

    Haha. I love the logic. America has the biggest army because he have eaten American food 😂
    Haha.. India wouldn't stand a chance against a far smaller army. Especially if that country is part of NATO.
    Indian army have the numbers. But that wouldn't help

      I don't think any NATO country is comparable to India.
      The Indian armed forces fights day and night with insurgents.
      The Indian Armed forces handle both nuclear armed Communist China on the Northern front and radical Islamic Pakistan on Western front.

    It should be noted that America has about 280 million armed citizens. Japanese emperor said, in WWII, that you could never invade homeland America because there's a rifle behind every blade of grass. Now there's 2 guns behind every blade of grass rather than 1, at least. We have about a billion firearms and trillions of rounds of ammunition. We can even own cannons. We are the ultimate defenders of our homeland.
