I watched Guava Juice's video where he made the pancake art. I noticed he didn't even attempt to take the pancake off the paper. It is really sad he is endorsing these products and you can clearly see in his video he knows they are crap. This item really needs to pulled from the shelf. I could easily buy all the items at the dollar store. This makes me feel so sad that children are scammed into wanting such items.

I have the same whisk,I'm pretty sure that they're made for coffee and other drinks,so it isn't suprising it broke while mixing a thick consistency such as pancake batter.

A better kit would have been one that has cookie cutter style outlines so you can fry the pancake on a pan. They're called "pan-cakes" for a reason. They're meant to be cooked in a pan. Also, for topping, I love putting lemon juice and honey on my pancakes. Or Nutella and strawberries.

The fact you need to use a microwave is *NOT A CON!* Most people don't have a pancake griddle but do have microwaves. It is actually more of a _pro_ if you ask me because now you don't have to go out of your way to get something that probably costs more than the kit...

About the microwave I see both sides because
Salte: its more fun to make actually real pancakes
Others: some people might not have a pancake cooking pad and the microwave might be the best option
(Can you substitute the pancake cooking pad for a frying pan not sure)
Conclusion: maybe two different kits?

A better kit would have been one that has cookie cutter style outlines so you can fry the pancake on a pan.
They're called "pan-cakes" for a reason. They're meant to be cooked in a pan.
Also, for topping, I love putting lemon juice and honey on my pancakes. Or Nutella and strawberries.
