Thats actually a brand new 737 with what looks like incomplete china airlines livery, it has yet to be painted! Most, if not all Boeing fuselages come in that green color before paint.
Some airlines, like Delta, have their own paintshop. Notice that the rudder has been painted. The rudder is aerodynamically balanced and must be painted by the manufacturer.
FlyBoiAndy ALL Boeing 737 have that green protective coating from the factory in Witchta to protect them on their cross country trip to Renton Washington. they all go by within a 1000 ft of my house up to six at a time and several times o week, Boeing is turning out about 38 a month and soon to be 50 when the third assembly line is completed....
This video surprised me. I really did not expect to get the warm fuzzies from the 757 more than the others, but that's what happened. Always thought of myself as a 727 fan, but there's just something about the 5 that makes me happy. Always liked flying in them; felt nicer than other narrow-bodies. More space, without being a flying DMV waiting room like a wide-body.
+bobbycone2 I was thinking the same. Why making an informative video and letting out the most crucial piece of information. Blocking the way to the true useful information :-(((( +Thecrazeecow 'Just Google it' Really? Is suppose you are the funny guy in the family!
+santi0797 that one if the dumbest comments I've ever seen. Are you saying I'm only allowed to watch videos of stuff I'm already an expert on? Dumbfuck!
The 707 will always be the most beautiful to me. What a legacy. The same gorgeous bullet nose profile will continue to be manufactured on the 737 more than sixty years after the 707 debuted. Talk about getting it right the first time!
Tango...India...Tango...Sierra, Video's Dude...and You've defiantly got the angles there @ LAX...I am going to show your stuff to my classes for Aircraft Recognition...I Salute You
My favorite boeing model has been the 757-200 for years. Something about the over all look of the 757 combined with it's lengthy size I find to be absolutey awesome.e looking. I have had the opportunity to fly in one.
Very nice and very well made video. I saw many videos about planes but this one captured good details when landing and taking off. Congratulations to the video person.
I guess I am just too nostalgic when it comes to air travel. The appearance of the A-380 and B-747 lacked a certain elegance. I loved the sleek, classy presence of the B-707, DC-8, the Convair 880 and 990, VC-10, and the like of them. Of the modern airliners, the A-340 is the most graceful to me. I would love to fly on one. Nevertheless, I loved commercial air travel as a child and still love it today. When on board, I am a window seat sort of guy. Thank-you so very much for the video. I loved it!
AirTran uses them on a lot of routes, it's their primary plane. Also, you see a lot of them, just under the MD-80/90 family. They're the same plane, just "manufactured" under a different name.
This was a great video! I've never seen a plane like that at 6:14 in this video, very cool! I love the sound of the jet engines. I've been past the Boeing in Everette many times though I live in Spokane Wa.. I'm proud to live in the same state as the main Boeing Company and in general I love planes! Thank you for posting such a wonderful video!
I’ve flown on the 717, 737, 767 and 787. The 737 is the one I’ve flown on the most. The 787 was the most comfortable for me. The most beautiful ones are the 707, 727, 747 and 787.
Andrew Tyler....The Boeing 717 is the Mc Donnel Douglas MD 95 that Boeing finished building AFTER they bought Mc Donnel Douglas.....They finished up building those that were on order when they bought out Mc D Douglas and discontinued them...used the 737...
There was also a video of a PHILIPPINE AIRLINES BOEING 747-400 with the same shot like that CHINA AIRLINES in a BOEING Livery on UA-cam but differ to have a very smooth landing.
The Singapore Airlines Cargo at 6:03, SA only has 10 planes in their cargo fleet, they're all 747-400Fs. I managed to capture one in my latest vid as well. Lucky to see seeing there's only 10 and they serve globally.
I didn't think there would be a video featuring the 747-100, I was surprised. Also, I like how Speedbird didn't show any videos of the 717, I wonder if that is because it is actually a McDonald Douglas plane.
You really need to do your homework pea brain. Airbus is the commercial airline sector of the EADS group. Look them up! As you may lack the ability for research I suggest you follow this link en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Airbus_Defence_and_Space
I just realized the date on this, the 737-8, 737-9, and 737-10, 777-x, and 787-10 weren't included. I wish there were labels to all the different 737s -100s, -200, -300, -800, MAX, but there are others in there.
2:37 - I see some DC-3 DNA in that nose. I know Douglas made the Dak, but the resemblance just there.... Boeing's made some pretty passenger birds and my faves are the 707 and the 787, both beautiful for different reasons. I know the 707 has been barrel rolled. Has anyone tried it with the 787? It looks like it could do an eight-point roll without breaking a sweat. Speedbird, thanks as always for a great post from a long-time sub in Canada.
Why do the later variants of the 737 have the cool squared off air inlets? I get to fly one out of Guam in May! Always liked the plane, it made me feel safe for some reason.
SpeedbirdHD You make such a great high quality video's man I at least watch one or more video's of you everyday keep up the good work and you're standing quite close to all the airplanes do you work at LAX?
707, so classic and powerful soul...
And the 737, most popular plane in my opinion. My best memories came from this one
Milton F. Petrozza your opinion is fact! 737 is the most best selling aircraft!

Mason Mosolowski Let me guess... an Airbus fan?
+Thecrazeecow I like both. There so similar though
the 747-8i, the 777X, the 737 MAX, and the 787 all have the new spiked rear engine
that 737 at 3:43 is so beautiful. i love unpainted and old destroyed paint on aircraft like the decommisioned ones, so beautiful
That is THE proto type 737, first one to fly now sitting at the Museum of Flight Boeing Field Seattle Washington...original home of Boeing.....

That is Air China :)
Gorgeous!! It's sad to see the 727 so sparse now a days, beautiful video!
Couldn't agree more. A cargo 747-8 landing and a 747-4 passenger plane taking off... Quite an uplifting moment.
it was another cargo 747-400
This video surprised me. I really did not expect to get the warm fuzzies from the 757 more than the others, but that's what happened. You can definitely hear the difference between the loud and noisy classics (my fave) vs the newer next gen quieter variants great video
That 747 lufthansa take off was stunning.
Unreal how these massive pieces of human ingenuity get lifted into the air.....Marvelous
That Kalitta 742 had to have been the smoothest 747 landing I have ever seen!
6:42 It does not get any better than that.
CMTreptow Yea so true
I think you're right!
The kind of video I'm gonna look often for sure. A million thansk, brilliant, excellent photo quality and camera work. Salutations from Canada
Hope to see the 797 soon enough. It will be a nice, sleek 757 replacement.
What a nice video. Very original, good quality and the unique "on field" perspective is awesome! Thank you!
Wish you would have labeled each one so we knew what plane it was.
pppo
+bobbycone2 Just google it. They are all iconic and unique enough to distinguish them easily very quickly.

Superb video.
I love the spot at 6:40 to see an 747 landing sametime as another 747 take off :)
I think that the Boeing 727 is the classiest bird to have ever flown. Such classic sleek lines and so very successful sales wise. Does anyone agree?
mackay4740 no, it was louder than than shit, and you could hear it 5 miles away
Dylan, you say that like that was a bad thing
Tango...India...Tango...Sierra, Video's Dude...and You've defiantly got the angles there @ LAX...I am going to show your stuff to my classes for Aircraft Recognition...I Salute You
Me encantaron, este video no aburre por la variedad y dinámica ofrecida
One of the best! Amazing moment - The Boeing Family - From the 707 to the 787 in SpeedbirdHD (6:40) - two 747's in one shot :D
My favorite boeing model has been the 757-200 for years. Something about the over all look of the 757 combined with it's lengthy size I find to be absolutey awesome.e looking. I have had the opportunity to fly in one.
Congrats! I am a huge fan of Boeing Family.
Very nice and very well made video.

I fully agree with your afirmation. Top Videomaker!

wow not too often do you see a 717
actually, they're still quite common. Air Tran uses them a lot from Atlanta.
Andrew Janes i live in New York so i suppose it could be a regional thing
I live like 10 minutes away from Bradley International Airport in CT. And they fly here like 2-3 times a day.
AirTran uses them on a lot of routes, it's their primary plane. Also, you see a lot of them, just under the MD-80/90 family. They're the same plane, just "manufactured" under a different name.
function86 Andrew Janes thought that the 717 got the can.
Boeing 767 is the best.
Powerful, modern, fast, etc..
This was a great video! I've never seen a plane like that at 6:14 in this video, very cool! I love the sound of the jet engines. I've been past the Boeing in Everette many times though I live in Spokane Wa.. I'm proud to live in the same state as the main Boeing Company and in general I love planes! I could watch this all day long
Great video footage of all modern Boeing aircraft. Thanks for your efforts.
My favorite Boeings: 727, 747 and 767.
You like included all generations of the 737! Vintage-Classic-NG. Now all we need is the max and its a full house!
Speedbird, i can always rely on you for the best aeroplane videos.
You have the best vids of spotting at LAX
Another great video from Mr. SpeedbirdHD. Good job putting this together!
9:25 My god thats a beautiful shot and takeoff.
Excellent!! I like a lot the Jhon Travolta's 707 "Jett Clipper Ella"
Enjoyed the video. Thank you for posting it.

The 747-8 and the 757 are some of the best looking planes.
Lovely, you've catch almost every Boeing '7' series! Missed the 757 Freighter ;)
Enjoyed watching it Speedy.

thanks for making this video. i am an airplane fan. especially logos and the airplane types are interested to me.
great video, nice shot at 06:40 with these two parallel 747s landing and take-off.thansk for sharing.
The beautiful boeing 737 .. The back bone of aviation industry
They're ugly and tiny. No space at all inside the cabin.
Yo, that's your opinion. I love it's look.
thats what they said on air crash investigation
Fantastic job! Boeing 4ever!
Great 747 landing/take-off in same frame!
I’ve flown on the 717, 737, 767 and 787. The 737 is the one I’ve flown on the most. The 787 was the most comfortable for me. The most beautiful ones are the 707, 727, 747 and 787.
Very nice video. Only wish you had a few more captures of the 757 (my favorite of the entire Boeing family).
747 FTW. Lol, I would also love the 767 and 777.
Boeing: the absolute icon in our skies.
All Boeing planes are beautiful, I love Boeing.
poetry in motion, nice video
The 787 is so elegant !
I think this is one of your better videos. Great shooting and awesome edits. Thanks for sharing.
6:47 Beautiful 747-8
great video. It would be a better learning experience if it had the description of every plane.
Very nice compilation!

Wow! The dreamliner is by far the least noisiest out of all the aircraft shown.
Wait till 797 comes out, and that will be awesome!!!
LH 747-8 take-off was beautiful.
Very nice. Enjoyed it! Great birds!
GE90's and a 777 make one of the best combinations!!! :D
That 787 is a beautiful plane!!
agree
Nice shots...since I no longer read Aviation weekly, would love to see each shot captioned...thanks.
The 748 and 777 were probably my favorites.
747 is such a beauty....
Excellent video

And the last in the parade is a chilean craft, glorious LAN airline!!!!
Enough Then Changes To LATAM Airlines As Of 2016
Awesome compilation!!! Boeing is the best! :)
If it ain't Boeing, I ain't going.
If it's a Boeing I Ain't Going!
MrGashden Then you're not going anywhere. There are more Boeing planes in the air than any other.
What a well thought out intelligent response - Yet another uneducated troll on UA-cam!
But they make awesome f-15s f-18s b-52 B2-stealth bomber etc. something I don't see airbus making jets and nuclear capable aircrafts. only A400M lol

Great camera work, especially at 6:42.
Cool video, I like the concept.
WOW!!! Great video mate!!!
Why do the later variants of the 737 have the cool squared off air inlets? I get to fly one out of Guam in May! Always liked the plane, it made me feel safe for some reason.
Nice zooming out - zooming in dude. ;-)
Witch camera, witch lens used?

If you want to spot 717, go Hawaii!
Great video!
Fabulous odyssey, the story (in part) of Boeing !
