Yes, Driving In Roads With This Lights Are Illegal. But Installing The Lights Aren’t Illegal. If Kept With Black Covers, Then No Issues. If Any Police Questions Then You Can Say “ I Need Good Visibility In Jungles And OffRoad , I Don’t Use Them On Road Hence Kept It Covered “.
