Cheers Paul. I've been watching your earlier uploads for some weeks now. You get about don't you. Thanks very much.keep the uploads coming if you can. I can't answer the phone when I'm out detecting never mind recording it all.
Glad you've been watching my older videos mate I hope you enjoy them. Yes I enjoy going on different digs etc. Just go wherever I can really lol. I have a GoPro strapped to my chest so only have to press record when I find a signal and hope it's something good lol. Most the time it's just scrap though 😂. Thanks for watching mate, really appreciate it.
Nice one mate - nice bit o' land hey wot? 'soggy/dead' stubble on flat ploughed... ☺ Wish I had a bit o' that - it's mostly old pasture around here - good for the 'purist' in me, but everythin' so flippin' Deeeeeep!... 😆 Anyways, that Silver Vicky quite nice eh? I s'spose the patina is kindov 'incomplete' but would clean up real nice I fink... D'you know the various tricks to do that? 🤔 Happy to share if not... Anyways, tnx again and catch you soon, Bobby 🐭
Yes my permission is all pasture which is why I like to go on digs now and again. Just nice to find things shallow now and again lol. I think there's probably Roman items on my permisson but like you say they just took deep. It's weird I've found Victorian coppers deeper than Elizabeth 1st hammered coins. I'm guessing some point back in the day they must of been ploughed. I just leave the coins as they are mate. I get the Dremel on coppers just to see a bit of detail. I find it works better than washing them. I only do it in scrap coins just to see a date etc.
@@RingPullPaulMetalDetecting Hey thanks for quick reply mate... Yeah 'ancient pasture' is a bit of a head-scratcher eh? I asked my FLO recently, (about how comes some 'newer stuff' is waaaaay down deep), and she confessed to having no clue whatsoever... 🤣
@@UkuleleBobbyKemp Yeah I just clean them for the videos for a close up if they a bit grotty so you can see some detail. Otherwise they just get put in a tub uncleaned lol. I used to clean them all and try different things when I first started. But then realised once a copper coin is gone there's no saving it really. Take care mate and good luck for when your next out.
Always a Great video Paul ! Nice to find a bit of silver too ❤️xxxxxxx
Thank you beautiful. Yes it was nice to find some silver again. 🥰 Xxxxxxxxx
