Omg ! I was meditating & connecting with my Higher Self one day to find the answer to "Why i have to go through disassociation? What am I experiencing this?" It said because it teaches you to be detached & not control anything. You can realise you aren't any of the identities you hold on to. That was such an eye opener. I have been battling with Dissociation for around 6 years now. While I have a better handle on it now than ever before, I never thought about thanking the trauma I endured. Thank you so much for that little nugget of advice, I will absolutely be practicing it. Sending love & light back at you.

I think today this video resonated with me to find the last bit of Information I needed so I can experience the secrets of all what is. After at least 20.000 videos and lots of Books and Meditation, there was one bit of information that I was missing. All the techniques of meditation, lucid dreams, astralprojection and enlightenment are based on the ability to complete forget your Body and environment for a period of time. And now I'm here and hear the last words for my puzzle: >>> Dissociation, Spiritual Bypassing, Body Disidendification A moment ago I did a short Meditation and tried to disconnect from my Body and then I stopped thinking and if ther was a hint of a thought, then it stopped automatically and normally the mind wanted to locate my Body/Presence but now I could prevent that, it felt like a short desoriantation Spark, then I had to write down my experience and searched again vor Dissociation and found your Video. With this I can find all I need for my break through, thank you from Germany.
I know you posted this a while ago, but I feel the need to tell you how much this has helped me understand how I can use my spiritual practice AND my personhood to become a whole being. Anxiety lead me to meditation and self-seeking and I quickly perverted it into a way to escape my emotions, my emotions that have validity and purpose. Your video spoke to my heart. Thank you.
