    Well detailed video and shows you have experience and did you rest for long, how did you get the brisket to giggle well like that with a hot cook, patience is key not to ruin your cook 👍🏽

      Thanks! I didn’t rest for more than about 30 minutes because we were starving, If I had planned it better I would have let it go longer after I unwrapped it to firm up the bark.
