It is very sad that our desi folks can't mind their own bees wax. Many of us who follow you had been raised overseas don't think like this. My own daughter is of age or should I say beyond marriage age according to my relatives in Pakistan, but like you said when it is time it will happen for her too. As parents we try our best to scout for good rishtah but sometimes it doesn't happen or takes time. Lastly, frauds do happen. I have examples of my own relatives in Pakistan and in Canada.
