Growing up my parents had several burbs. I still love em. Have a lifter 21 Tahoe Z71. It's so freaking nice.

I wasn't a Chevy guy until just a few years ago I've always been a Mopar man and then a Ford man before that but these Chevys are really growing on me. And I'm also getting more and more into the older stuff because I hear so many nightmares about the new stuff but I'm sure it's not all bad. Thank you for watching my video! I really appreciate ya!

Just put one of the new 4 bolt main Vortec crate 5.7s in my Emerald Green 1998 C1500 ext cab. Had it since 20,000 miles. I'm an OBS guy for life. 👍🤠🙂

They are excellent trucks I can't believe I didn't like them when I was young. Now I love them! Take care of your rig it'll last you forever.

My '99 K1500 Suburban has outlasted my '04, has bumper-towed double what it's rated at, without a receiver hitch, gone 272,000 miles, and is still my daily driver. As much as I love square bodies, this is the superior vehicle. I'm running 285/75R16s on the original aluminum wheels, they fit well even at full steering lock on the bump stops. It can pull these just fine at cruise even with the standard, stupid 3.42:1 gears and a large load on the roof rack

That's pretty impressive. I have a whole new respect for OBS Chevy trucks these days. They really were superior vehicles compared to the newer stuff. The GMT 800 next generation was a close second. I'm not sure how I feel about the new stuff I don't think it'll ever be as good again. Thanks for watching my video I really appreciate it.

Looking forward to the glove box door repair video. Why do that call it a glove box. I’ve never seen gloves in them ?. Oh. Nice shirt. Where can I get one ? I’ve never been a suburban or even a Tahoe guy but that one is really nice. Keep them videos coming. Tune in again. Yuuupp

Good video and a good score for you. For me it's just another huge gas guzzler, so I won't be bidding against you. You're welcome! 😀😀

I understand. You know every time I tried a 4cyl pickup truck through the years it ended up getting the same mpg as a v8 when i had it loaded with tools, etc. The load never affects the v8 as much so I've gravitated towards them. I had a 97 Nissan pickup with a 5spd. It got about 13-14 loaded with hvac tools.

while these trucks and burbs make good collectables, they rate as poor in crash tests, not until 1999 (cats eye ) did they move up to acceptable in crash test..

I know, all of the best collectible cars seem to have bad crash ratings..... Thanks for watching.
