I almost exclusively use a knock-off kit of bands from Amazon. I'm really heavy-handed, and I feel like I'm always accidentally stretching the bands too much for them to be used with RainbowLoom ones. The knock-off kit that I use is a lot more forgiving to stress: the bands never stretch, they just snap back into place.

I mainly use knock off bands 😭, I got way more for way less and I find them generally more high quality 🚴
I do use knock off rainbow loom products, because if I would not have than I would have to buy them for a lot of money online, but the things I use are like the exact same thing as rainbow loom products but just with a different brand name
Like the loom looks the exact same, the bands are good quality and the hooks are quite strong ive never really got a broken hook
We have the purple loom but in dark blue, we have a purple frozen one, a see-through glittery one and and the normal looms ( with the green/blue bottom)

I always buy the band kits from Amazon and they work amazing
My first loom was a blue cra-z-loom that has 6 rows of pegs, but in a straight configuration instead of staggered. It works well in my opinion and I have created my own mini purse design on it! I thought of getting another one just for the bands though lol But another loom wouldn't be bad either.

My first rainbow loom kit was that plastic purple one 😂 I recently got an actual rainbow loom kit and I haven’t stopped using it
♥︎Hey my loom was ok but not the best it still worked and made some cool bracelets and happy foods but my hook broke after a year so yea im going to buy some more bands and hooks so i dont have to use a hand made hook also i love you soo much and thx for this vid its helps alot to see which ones are good love you soo much♥︎ YOU HAVE ALSO INSPIRED ME TO BECOME A FULL LOOMER AND KEEP TRYING TO GET BETTER AT IT I LOVE YIU SOO MUCH
rainbow loom products have to make their bands fit toy standards (as in use safe-substances) cuz other brands use chemicals that are dangerous when exposed. So despite other off-brands seeming better always opt for official Rainbow Loom products for safety :))

Thanks for the video. I bought my two oldest granddaughters a rainbow loom for their Birthday's one turned 11 the other 12. I have always crafted myself so I was curious. I bought the finger loom and monster loom. I can make a few bracelets. Anyway I happened to be on ebay and they had some loom with needle and 600 looms for 7.55. I purchased and want to tell you the purple loom you have is more sturdy than the one I got! Its really limber for plastic I thought! Sure glad I purchased the girls a rainbow loom!
I brought the Craz - Art loom. I realized that it was a knockoff and put the real one on my Christmas list!!
I think that I prefer the Rainbow loom Hooks and Looms but I really like the CraziArt bands

I actually started looming with cheap knock offs and I still use them. Plz don't hate on me I like to save money by buying the cheaper stuff. I do have a official monster tail , hook and loom and also some official bands tho

The purple loom is not sturdy because as a starter I hade one exactly like that just blue and to of the pegs literally snapped

I am looming in 2022 because rainbow room is not famous anymore but people still like it in that’s fine with me so I got my first my mom’s birthday
Guys I didn’t mean to say so I got my first my mom birthday that makes no sense but forget about that so what I was trying to say is I got my first rainbow loom set in 2020 to June 25 today is the 27th so two more days until my birthday because my birthday is the 29th and my mom birthday is July 5th oh that’s all I have to say in my room is it is called the wonder loom
