I started looming in 2013 and it was so popular that my school banned rainbow loom bracelets but I have always kept my loom bands and still have them to this day, I have always been good at making stuff and following the tutorials and still do to this day and I still use my 7 year old bands 😂

I still loom everyday!! I made single chains for a long time then I made my first fishtail. Then I made my own charm designs and also made more complex braclets. Now I do loomigurumi everyday and have made a couple happy foods. Also I started looming because of quarantine which is funny :). Never stop looming because you also bring a smile to my face! To my surprise, right after I watched your video, I went Christmas shopping at the craft store, and there was a whole section for rainbow loom!!!!!!! It blew up! I am so excited to have some more fellow loomers around me where I live! Definitely going to recommend them your videos in the future! Thank you! For almost 2 years. One day i saw my case and decided to try it out again. That was when the looming craze kind of happened to me. Also, i dont think anything really happened. Older youtubers just left turtorials for rbl behind, to start new things. But upon the ages 7- 12 their most popular to.
I've started looming again as I lost all my bracelets I made years ago, I really loved them and spent lots of time making them. Due to quarantine, I couldn't think of a better time to start looming again! It's quite therapeutic, and despite it being time-consuming, the results are great.

Hey Anna, I am a german woman, 46, and I love many kinds of handcrafts. So when I got aware of rainbowloom it was very new in germany and not easy to find a store that sold it. I got bands from online shops and made a lot beacelets that nobody wanted to wear, my daughter was already to old to wear toys, was what she told me. I love to wear my braceletts, but more I love to craft them. Its not easy to get bands and they are expensive so loomigurumi isnt an opinion for me. I recently got an alpha loom, what took me years to get one for a normal price, and made some keychains for friends and a bottleband for my waterbottle, with my name in glowinthedark bands, so noone takes my bottle in mistake and I can find it at night without glasses on or turning the light on. I really love to loom useful things, if you know some please show them, thx. At the moment all the alpha loom band colours seem to become sold out. No black, white, lightblue, pink, yellow, ... is available and the online-store told me they arent coming in in the next time. Rainbow Loom is already coming back. If you search for new videos here on youtube you will see there are some new ones every day. It's a shame that there is some shortage of bands where you live because I also am experiencing the same situation. I stared when I was in elementary school !! I found a unopened box at my thrift store for 3$, bought some extra bands at the craft store and made so many cute charms !! I actually tried to sell one on depop and more than 5 people wanted the same one 😳😳
since i was a baby/toddler in 2010 to 2015 i was sadly missed out when it was trendy although i do it now and omg i love it!! i started in 2015 then i stopped then i did it in 2018 then i stopped then i did it in 2019 then i stopped and 2020 now 2020 i do it and will NOT stop cause i was dumb back then and did a massive mistake. If people never stopped doing it it would be huge now soooo i regret what i did. like if you agree

I got one at a goodwill and have been looking around for tutorials. I wanted to learn before and was a little busy with things. Now, lol, i got time. I also started doing the perle beads again. I use to do that as a kid. Same as the plastic lace bracelets and found the bead animal keychain patterns from when i was a kid from plastic beads. The crafts never die just cycle like everything else.

I just started to do rainbow loom again. I stopped for 4 years and is just now starting again. I am currently using a plastic tool now- I lost my metal one because it’s been years. I was able to make the 3D octopuses- the ones that extends up (•̀ᴗ•́)و Now I forgot how to do the simple 1 band braclet ☻︎ I’m trying to slowly trying to get back into it. But I still remember how to make charms- the thing is I have a plastic hook I’m using not a metal- so it’s very difficult ☹︎

I used to do alt of looming, I still do it a little bit but.. When I was looming a lot, my hands developed a severe hand tremor which didn’t allow me to do other things I loved, like softball, drawing, ect. It got to a point where I couldn’t draw a square without it looking like a circle.. I still loom today, just not as much because it wasn’t good for my health.. but I still do it! It’s super fun!
2022 I started to bring my *Off brand loom bands to the local youth club and All the kids are obsessed Im praying that it catches on. One of the kids told me tonight that she ordered a set off Amazon so she has some at home to make im obsessed and want to make Rainbow loom trendy again for the younger generations who would have missed out. I also want them to be more accessible in shops
I started my looming life with knitting looms. For Christmas my sister gave me a rainbow loom. Although knitting looms are for yarn the rainbow loom uses the same concepts. I am still in the bracelet stage, but can’t wait to start making happy foods.

I use to make rainbow loom amigurumi animals for like 6 ladies at my church regularly, but couple of those people would give me them back when the bands broke and asked me to fix it. It was fine at first, I remade it, because I can't obviously fix broken bands, but eventually it got annoying as they kept, breaking and for them to say fix it. If they would keep the amigurumi out of the sun, then It wouldn't break as often. But I didn't want to be rude and say that to them. So I just quit. I started making them in 2016 and stopped in 2018
I remember I used to be addicted to these. I have a jar full of my old creations. Sadly though I got addicted to them (apparently) and my parents threw everything I had for making them into the far back of our garage and we couldn't get it back. Moreso my parents didn't want to give them back. We ended up finding them while clearing up our garage and all of it was ruined. Mice probably chewed the bags and pissed all over the stuff and I just had lost my love for it 4 years later. I tried to create something but it just looked like garbage and turned out all wrong and I couldn't get back into the tedium of it. It's really unfortunate because I was making a lot of cool stuff like the boa constrictor bracelet and a minnie mouse doll (which I never finished sadly) but now I just couldn't get back into it. It's a cherished memory, but not one I'm too keen to get back into. But hey, I have my old creation and the fancy hook my mum got for me off Ebay.

I started rainbow looming in 2021, and now it’s 2022, and I’m still doing it. And I LOVE it!! I rainbow loom a lot!! Everyday
I started my looming life with knitting looms. For Christmas my sister gave me a rainbow loom. Although knitting looms are for yarn the rainbow loom uses the same concepts. I am still in the bracelet stage, but can’t wait to start making happy foods.

This is 2023 and two of my friends kn ow rainbow loom and showed me there creations!
I use to make rainbow loom amigurumi animals for like 6 ladies at my church regularly, but couple of those people would give me them back when the bands broke and asked me to fix it. It was fine at first, I remade it, because I can't obviously fix broken bands, but eventually it got annoying as they kept, breaking and for them to say fix it. If they would keep the amigurumi out of the sun, then It wouldn't break as often. But I didn't want to be rude and say that to them. So I just quit. I started making them in 2016 and stopped in 2018
I remember I used to be addicted to these. I have a jar full of my old creations. Sadly though I got addicted to them (apparently) and my parents threw everything I had for making them into the far back of our garage and we couldn't get it back. Moreso my parents didn't want to give them back.
We ended up finding them while clearing up our garage and all of it was ruined. Mice probably chewed the bags and pissed all over the stuff and I just had lost my love for it 4 years later.
I tried to create something but it just looked like garbage and turned out all wrong and I couldn't get back into the tedium of it. It's really unfortunate because I was making a lot of cool stuff like the boa constrictor bracelet and a minnie mouse doll (which I never finished sadly) but now I just couldn't get back into it.
It's a cherished memory, but not one I'm too keen to get back into. But hey, I have my old creation and the fancy hook my mum got for me off Ebay.
Oh my goodness! I am so sorry to hear that! I wish I could tell those mice to not do that. I hope you are looming again! Keep trying, I'm sure it did not look like garbage.
