The Publick House on the common in Sturbridge, Mass has been there in the same location since 1771, so it predates the Oyster House by 55 years anyway.
Union Oyster House isn't located in Cambridge, an entirely separate city in Massachusetts. It's in Boston-proper instead. However, you do get points for weirdly getting it backwards. Usually folks think that certain places located in Cambridge (like Harvard and MIT) are in fact primarily located in Boston. So thank you just the same.
I was going to say the same until I saw your post. But for those who care, while Cambridge is not part of Boston, it's very close by--just across the 'rivah'. :) That said, Cambridge is very different from Boston in terms of vibes, etc.
The Log Inn is, actually, in Warrenton. It is a very small village. The mailing address is Haubstadt. The Log Inn has the best fried chicken of all time!
I loved this! I always enjoy History and it was awesome to hear these great details of these fabulous restaurants. 😁👏👏❤️ Such an awesome video. I loved watching it!!! 😁👏👏👏❤️🏆
There’s an older restaurant in Murrell’s Inlet, SC. It’s Lee’s Inlet Kitchen and it’s been there since the 1930s. By the way, Lee’s has the best fried shrimp I’ve ever eaten and I’m a former chef.
Tennessee’s is incorrect. The City Cafe in Murfreesboro, TN has been in continuous operation as a restaurant since 1900. That’s a few years older than the one mentioned.
This is dumb. It tells so little about each restaurant including sometimes not even where it is. That’s ridiculous. The one from my state I’m going to have to try and look up because you didn’t say where it was.🙄
You must've been looking for the travel vlog. Wrong channel for that. I'll bet if you get off your lazy behind and look the restaurants up on the Web you'll get the directions you want. Try that instead of complaining.
Well this video says the location of many of the restaurants in this video so what you’re saying is ridiculous! True taking life less seriously. You’ll live longer. Lol
You mean a simple GEORGIA: Thomasville chryon when they mentioned The Plaza Restaurant & Oyster Bar. Not too difficult to add. Would it have been that much harder to have added that?
Please Note: The Union Oyster House is located in Boston, Massachusetts. Sorry about that!

beautiful and cozy dream of its past peacefully
The Cliff House is in York Beach, Maine, not Biddeford.
How about mentioning the city in EACH state?

I’ve been to several on this list and all of them are good or excellent.
Wilmot Stage Stop in Wilmot, WI also 1848
Funny, I always thought the name ""Griswold"" was a made-up name for the movie
Christmas Vacation. Nice to know that's it's a real name......
I was right! El Farol. Ha.
Tell the city
Union Oyster House in "Cambridge"??
Why would you make such a hairbrain mistake?
BTW you missed Warren Tavern, literally the oldest tavern in the US.
The restaurant business is very tough! I'm surprised a lot of food trucks aka roach coachesmake it these days.
The oldest restaurant in South Carolina opened in...1940???
Very inaccurate information.... do a bit more research before posting, please...
Ugh, these things always pronounce Lebanon, OH like the country Lebanon. It is pronounced LEH, buh, nun.

@@JenniOlsen-t1r Complain, complain, complain.
I’ve been to Buckhorn Exchange, Cattlemen’s Steakhouse, Antoine’s and Snappy Service. The food at each restaurant was really good.
