the fact this was almost two years ago is insane. i still remember not being able to sleep because the storyline was so intriguing and i couldn't wait for the next episode, to think it's been so long makes me feel.. old.
I remember staying up all night playing Detroit;become human ,even when my mom would yell at me for staying up late on week nights it was still worth it...sadly I only got 3 endings because my cat decided while I was in the middle of my 4th Play through that it would be fun to jump on the shelf that my PS4 was on and make it fall into the fish tank....saving up to buy myself a new one....

kubz, you should spend more time in R1 mode and look around more. it shows you a bunch more interactives, which can help you lead to more plotlines and endings. Objects are essential in this game, so every interactive thing counts.

Self-driving cars are almost normalized now.
Androids take more jobs
1. Self driving transportation is normalized
2. Androids are bots and may seem scary because they can easily become a Deviant (maybe even hurt you)
self driving cars follow a much much stricter set of rules and requirements, and have a significantly more limited tech set due to this (think about it self driving cars have one job- drive more efficantly and safely then humans) where as androids learn as they go, meaning their code is not only significantly larger, but is also able to grow more complex over time. i mean, thats how ai learns
Seriously though and where is the logic like why are they blaming Androids for taking their jobs and stuff when they should be blaming their government and the people who decided to do that ?
Sadly it's realistic though because most of the time they will blame the people instead of the government and people who decided to let it happen.

Okay Jay, because you missed some stuff in the story line of the first mission, i will explain the whole situation. So, the story takes place on the 70th floor of an apartment complex. It's a normal night for the Phillip's family (that's their last names), but that night the father (John Phillips) goes to the CyberLife store on the internet to buy a new Android (replacing Daniel). The mother (Caroline Phillips) tells Daniel to do some last minute chores as she's cooking dinner. Daniel spot's John buying a new android so that's why he went to John's gun to kill him. John was the first one to die in the apartment. Caroline noticed the shooting, but Daniel wasn't going for her, he was going for Emma. Emma didn't hear the gunfire shots because she was listening to loud music as the shooting occurred. Daniel busted throw her door and he took her hostage. The first responder came 30 minutes later but he died. But the question is, why Emma and not Caroline. Well, simply because when Connor came to Emma's room, you can see on the tablet that Daniel and Emma were best friends, and Daniel felt the most comfortable taking Emma because she doesn't have the strength to self-defend her self. And yeah, that's the whole storyline of the first mission. Really hope you read this ^_^
