I tried to use pots but it would either not wiggle (with too few pots) or wiggle out of control and break itself apart or lose altitude. Furthermore, the pots wiggle vertically so I never got the desirable sideways wiggle the Dragons have going.
Little tip for the octorocks, if you shoot them as soon as they play the sparkle animation, they just drop your fixed and buffed weapon on the ground where they died. Then you dont have to worry about getting hit by it or losing your weapon to a cliff.
Maybe it's just me, but if I kill my octoroks after using them to repair, they don't 100% respawn after the next bloodmoon. Most will, but some haven't come back even after my first time repairing, and I've been through at least a two dozen blood moons since then.

That’s actually exactly how I transported the logs to Lorelin village. I tried to stack them on a cart first and the cart would just fall over. So I turned the stack of logs into a car
At the end of the Susuyai shrine, there is a "lift" that you can shrine steal. I'm in the process of turning 2 of them into the ideal mech legs. That said, trying to use one in that glider for Dr-Polo would probably make it HORRIBLE. I'd love to see it.
The sages are so annoying like 80% if the time but the 20% of the time where you’re fighting groups of enemies is just hilarious. Link is the leader of the most feared gang in hyrule
Side note on the Rock Octorok: Limit is 1 upgrade to a weapon/bow/shield per Octorock (you'll see an effect around the Octorock) until the blood moon resets them. It can restore durability and even add options to weapons/bows/shield that don't have any.
And upgrades will boost up further, like the first time around you might get a white or blue upgrade. But if you give it a weapon with a white or blue upgrade, you're almost guaranteed to get a yellow/gold upgrade.

I actually first took a normal horse-cart out to that same forest below the Thunder Gleok. Took some boards with me in case I needed to expand the size of the carrying space (which, of course, I did). It didn't hold together or balance very well, so I just stacked the logs on the wooden boards like a pallet with a small-wheel cart underneath. Got all the way through the jungle and to the spot where Adison asks for help with a sign and gave up. Then I just put big wheels on the pile of logs with a steering stick on top and drove the pile home. The best part is that I discovered afterward that there are exactly 15 trees on top of the bluff just barely to the north with the shrine overlooking Lurelin village.
I tried, they would either wiggle out of control and lose altitude or even break the machine entirely, or if there were too few pots, it wouldn’t wiggle at all. Furthermore, the wiggling was vertical and never horizontal which is what would be needed to mimic the dragons.
Especially since those evermeans will respawn if you're far away enough with your back turned, like from one patch of trees to the other is far enough. I got all 15 logs within view of the shrine, on that little plateau.
Fun fact about blupees in totk. Their burrow exists. When i found it, it was adorable, they run in and out of their little burrow holes and there are a good number of them there. Was an amazing discovery. If you wish to find them iirc it is beneath satori's mountain in the depths.
@@chrisaiken3067 my problem is, I built it based on the vid and no matter what i do it shuts itself off >< i add batteries I fly along side it and nothing seems to fix the random shut off and i cant find a build on it anywhere.
To make the most inneficant glider, make the 2 outside wings angled vertically instead of horizontally. That will create more air resistance. You can also put half of the fans facing forwards and the other half facing backwards
TBH, refilling the silver lynel bow is not really needed, since you can easily farm those with a stack of eyeballs, an equal amount of arrows, basically any bow and that royal guard claymore you can get by going behind the horse statue in the main entrance hall of the castle, there is a suitable bow in the same room. Just attach whatever material you've got that's strongest to the sword, hammer it against things until it's almost broken and then take on the five lynels at the underground coliseum close to the abandoned great central mine. The sword doubles the attack power of itself and everything attached to it when it's almost broken, and if you shoot the lynels in the face and then climb up on their back, you can hit them repeatedly and using your weapon in this manner consumes no durability, so they die really quickly and you can then rapidly pick up all their loot and do it over again. You get a ton of arrows, lynel parts, crystallized charges, melee weapons with good attachments, and most importantly bows from the lynel series that fire three arrows at once, the best ranged weapons in the game. Best part is that you can save right after picking all of the bits up, and you will keep it even if the next lynel should happen to kill you, you just restart with the loot. Just be careful because the last lynel of the five has armor plating, so you might want to go for some bomb flowers as well...
I just brought logs that were right there by Lurelin village several times. There’s like 5 or so within walking distance of Bolson, so you don’t need to go super far to get them - and yes, they’re not palm logs
I want to submit my fork lift… but no capture card. I made a pallet and everything for the logs. Please feel free to modify this build how you see fit. There’s a lot of ways to build a lift. I favorited just the spring and mast assembly and attach it to most of my vehicles if I want. It’s clunky, but it’s beautiful 😎 Steering stick on a cart, add a cart front, back and top, to make the cage, use whatever you desire. Add wheels. Attach at an angle, another cart on the front. A spring will be on the other end pointing down to the ground. You can use a cart as a mast or just attach two metal poles to the springs. I found a cart has wider points of mounting the forks (metal poles) to use a big pallet with more stability. I recommend building the cart and spring assembly separate and attaching with the spring out to get the right level. Pallet with stabilization is optional. Depends on how much you add to your lift and pallet. I found two stabilizers on the lifts mast and back of the cage/ vehicle helped with speed. I hope somebody can submit one for all to see. I ordered a capture card for future builds, but if no one does one then you’ll see mine soon. I’m really interested in seeing other peoples lift and pallet designs 😅 tarry town is a good place to get everything you need
Yeah that's basically how I transported the wood logs, except I had one straight upright with the seat on top of that to make sure all the pleps in Hyrule knew I was better than them.
I transported the logs exactly like that lol. The only difference being I put the steering stick on the front, and managed to get a similar first person glitch as a previous clip.
The fan sailboat isn't actually impossible, Mythbusters did an episode on it and it is quite possible although you go so slow that it would make a lot more sense to just use the fan pointing backwards.
For my 15 logs, I basically just got 5 logs, made them the base of my car with big wheels and then starting walling it off except for the middle. The only problem was the 15th log wasn't able to make a nice looking roof but eh, all in all it was a serviceable ATV; all tree vehicle.
