I bought this model about a month ago. It is exceptionally good at cleaning floors; less good than my previous Dyson at vacuuming carpet. I LOVE the feature that empties out the canister into a HEPA filter bag. Not only am I avoiding the spill and dust when emptying the drum, I think the reverse suction is sucking out all of the particles that usually build up on the inside and in the filters so they will require cleaning less often. So I give it 4 stars. The trade off of less deep carpet cleaning is worth it for the dust handling.
Great review. I bought this from Samsung last week and used it yesterday to do my weekly whole house cleaning. I was using a corded vacuum and a steam mop before but now only this. If cut my time by 40 minutes and was so much easier on my back. I am amazed that a cordless could be better than a corded vacuum.
Also, you showed me some things in this review I didn't know about. The telescope brush or the height adjustment to the vacuum. Great review and this is on sale in the states for $300 USD off plus they include the wet attachment for free. I have special discounts with Samsung and was able to get the entire system for $450 tax and all. I love it so far. Especially since I'm allergic to dust mites severely.

My first cordless vacuum cleaner.... Samsung, YEAH!!!! It's like a dream comes true....
It was such crucial to decide Samsung or Dyson.... Although I'd already eyed on Samsung (more pricey) but worth every cent.
I really don't like the idea of knocking dust off vacuum cleaner's canister in our bin (more plastic bags to be used) as fan or AC may be switched on and dust flying everywhere. I just do not want to be in contact with dust, basically....
So, Samsung works really well, as for me.... and also the right weight....
& the height, oh pls, though I'm 1.7m, I do not need the extension of the vacuum cleaner so that I needn't bend my arm....

Is there anywhere to store the mop brush head or the slim brush head on the accessory holder? Or is there only room for the pet tool?

Can you do another video vs the new one Samsung is releasing? It’s supposed to be better than the predecessor and even appears to have better suction even Dyson’s best wireless model.
I'll have to get my hands on to the new model. It's not cheap. Perhaps I'll try contacting Samsung to loan a unit.
How do you know when to replace the dust bags ? Is there any alert notification? And any idea how frequently we might need to replace it ?
Unfortunately there's no notification, you can actually feel the bag if it is full. As for the frequency of change, it really depends on how dirty and how often you vacuum
There is actually a color indicator which shows red when the bag is full. You can see in the video when he pushes the clean button it is blue, which indicates that it is not full. A dust bag usually goes for 3-4 months.

Yes
I have both Samsung Bespoke Jet cordless vacuum and Shark Vertex Pro Lightweight Cordless Stick Vacuum with DuoClean PowerFins model IZ662H. And this is my take on a real world experience with both vacuums.
Samsung with roller brush on median settings will only provide 22 minutes of battery time. On the highest settings 6 minutes.
Shark with roller brush on medium settings will provide 60 minutes of battery time. On high settings 17 minutes.
Samsung brush roller front soft roller does not spin with motor, only works when pushing the vacuum back and forth manually. Both brushes on the Shark work off the vacuum motor.
Samsung settings on mid to high is difficult to push on carpet due to tiny wheels on the bottom of the brush roller unit. Shark has large wheels making it easy to push on carpets with mid to high settings.
Samsung has no LED lights on the brush rollers, Shark does. Lights do make a big difference when vacuuming.
Samsung dust tool attachment is awkward to dust furniture, vehicle, or pretty much anything. Plus, Samsung’s dust tool can easily scratch furniture due to the soft bristle brush is so flimsy when pushing down which allows the hard plastic where the bristles are attached to scratching any surfaces.
Shark’s anti-allergen dusting brush where the plastic does not touch any surfaces while dusting, it has a soft microfiber sounding the opening hole where the thickness of the microfiber prevents the hard plastic touching anything.
Samsung’s suction container works somewhat, it does suck out most of the dust. However, it will suck out hair or other items, but not all of the dust.
Shark wins for the long lasting battery, easy to move on carpet, LED lights on the brush roller unit, front soft roller powered by the motor, and the dusting brush is designed to safely dust any surface.
Samsung wins for the amount of power suction on the highest settings. Samsung noise level is much better than Shark even at the highest settings. And Samsung handle is lighter with a better design than Shark to hold onto. Shark is heavy and awkward to hold at times Also, Samsung does a better job vacuuming edge of walls.
In my opinion Samsung Bespoke is overrated. Samsungs engineers didn’t take into consideration those who use a vacuum cleaner to dust with and neither for the overall of using a vacuum. Neither did Samsung invited the public for their input to see how they use a vacuum cleaner on a daily basis. Samsung Bespoke is more about aesthetics, noting more.
Cons outweigh the pros with the Samsung at this price point. If you’re looking for a good looking vacuum cleaner that will blend in with home design then look no further, Samsung is it. If you want a vacuum that is designed to clean and not just for vacuuming, but all forms of cleaning, go with the Shark.

At £1,199.00 in the u.k I would expect it to clean the floor for me while I watch youtube.
expensive item I have bought and even there is not proper information about using it to solve problems .Like company video .My water tank dosen't work .
BEWARE: I'd recommend against buying anything Samsung, ever! Their Customer Service is miserable. They cheated me out of the spinner mop which should have been part of the bundle. It's taken EIGHT months with endless hours on hold to resolve. I threatened them that I would turn the media on them if they didn't give me either a $150 US refund or the mop spinner that should have been included. Save yourself the grief by NOT dealing with Samsung!
Sound like a very weird experience. If you literally had a order confirmation of the items you’ve bought vs the items you got, surely it couldn’t have been big of a problem to resolve.

Did you buy the midnight blue version, or in other countries called the "bespoke jet pro extra". That's the only one that comes with an spray spinning sweeper in the bundle. I see so many people complain about the different package. It's confusing.
They just had to make color choices and then the packages likes pro, plus and extra or something.
The midnight blue one doesn't come with the slim action brush..
If I want to buy the mosty green one, cause I like the color the most, I can't buy it with the sweeper bundle. Have to pay 170 euros for the sweeper only. But comes with slim action brush..
If you buy the misty white one, it's doesnt have the extra accu awich cost also 200 euro to buy seperate and not the sweeper. What a sh*t show!
