    Love pork tenderloin at our house. We basically eat it the same way, right off the board, and it's gone in minutes!!!

    In the past I complained when someone else other than Chef Tom gave the update… I’m glad y’all didn’t listen to my negative feedback and trusted yourselves! I am becoming a fan of Chef Eric and just sub’s to his channel too. Maybe UA-cam hosts are like food and we all need a lil variety? 🤷

    Looks fantastic amigo, I went out on a limb yesterday to make something different for the fam. Scratch made chicken lasagna, never had it before but it came out fantastic. Took some online recipe, twisted it up with poblanos and mushrooms, came out superb. Need to link up to hear the ring story my guy.

    Pork tenderloin is oddly on my top 5 things to cook on my grill. Fairly cheap and the nice thing is if one messes up a tenderloin it is not too big of a deal, because there are very few leftovers. I might have to start using some of the 160 lbs of big block I picked up a couple of weeks ago.

    Is there a reason you apply the dry before the wet for seasoning? Any reason not to create one mix of all seasoning and apply?

    • @bensaunders317
      @bensaunders317 2 роки тому +1

      Seemed a bit counter productive to me too. I would agree and say mix it all together at the start.

      Graduated layers of flavor. Makes a big difference in the final product. Give it a go🔥🤙🏽

      @@bensaunders317 don’t mix, create layers of flavor and delicious complexity. The salt of the seasoning works way different when seared into the flesh vs having it mixed in with the wet paint and bark.
      Give it a go🔥🤙🏽

    Great job, Chef! You never disappoint! It dawned on me that pork loin is something I’ve never cooked. Looking to remedy that soon. Out of curiosity, would you consider reverse sear for pork loin? Reverse sear steaks are the best I’ve ever had and we love to cook filets low and slow and then finish them off with a high heat sear. Would pork loin benefit from the same method?
