@@adventuresinaardia I find these videos interesting and enjoyable, plus I love D&D just don't have people to play with at the moment and I have rather little experience with it.
I'd say the Mayo issue probably has something to do with how hot it gets during shipment. The dairy or eggs its made with could slightly solidify or firm up when it gets really hot. Only way to find out for sure is to see if it normalizes fall or winter back to creamy bc of the cooler temps outside.
I'm sorry, but whenever any American says they love "real" cheese, I laugh my head off. Flats obviously hasn't tried Cheddar cheese from the place of the same name here in rhe UK. A strength 5 cheddar (extra strong) would make him weep with happiness xD
Flats, my man, you know the truth behind Peanut Butter. ALL Peanut butter is amazing. Oh and those saying Marble Rye is just Rye are incorrect. Marble Rye is a combination of Rye and Pumpernickel bread. I used to make it daily when I worked as a baker XD
Ah, bread in a can, rice in a can and various meats, including whole chickens and turkeys, in a can actually go back to 50's and long before. Dainty Rice in a Can is still available here in Canada and is actually quite yummy.
Not gonna lie I started laughing when Flats asked what canned bread is. In my family it's traditional to have canned bread, black-eyed peas, and collard greens for new years. So every year I've eaten canned bread and I've got to say, it's not bad. It's one of those things where my dad and I hang out, drink whisky, and chat for a while while eating a really nostalgic meal.
Pickled red onions are amazing on literally anything savory. And it’s stupid easy to make, you just thinly slice red onions, put them in a mason jar and then bring equal parts water, sugar, and white vinegar to a boil on the stove and then as soon as the sugar is fully dissolved cut the heat and CAREFULLY pour it into the jar and they should pickle almost immediately so as soon as they cool down you can eat them but just like any pickle the longer they stay in the brine the better they get.
Sometimes I open videos in incognito mode so I don't have my recommended videos get affected but here I am at 1 am I did not expect to be this hungry for random sandwich combinations
Oooh and crazy enough- I already watched these on Instagram. I left a comment telling him I was so glad to find him via flats! And yet I’m still going to watch flats watch these. Um
Canned bread isn't too bad. I use to eat it for breakfast. I would toast it in the oven and put butter on it. Definitely wouldn't use it as sandwich bread though lol.
@@cooperswan534 regular bread was for sandwiches. Canned bread is sweet with a pretty thick texture so it was more filling. We were below poverty level at that time so I assume it was a pretty cheap breakfast lol.
A strong cheese with some good onions, lettuce for texture/roughage, some oven roasted turkey or roast beef and a little bit of butter on some homemade whole wheat bread is a damn good sandwich.
I'd suggest McCormick's Mayonesa if you want something to beat the usual American style mayo. There's a slight hint of lime in it that in my opinion, puts it above every mayo I've tried. Though, I haven't tried the brand you mentioned, yet.
I just watched a guy who plays competitive overwatch, review and comment on another guy that makes sandwiches with dice, for thirty minutes. And thouroughly enjoyed it.
Flats you prob know this now but butter is shelf stable at room temperature for a pretty long time, I’ve never had issue leaving it in a closed container on my counter
@flats butter is very hearty, you don't need anything complicated, you just put butter in a butter dish and set it on your counter, so long as the dish is covered you're good, no ice or anything believe it or not.
In regards to sunflower seeds, I picked up this bizarre habit from my dad. Instead of cracking the shell and spitting it out I just… eat the whole thing. Very salty and kinda like eating wood chips but I don’t have to deal with cleaning up the shells after. I also do this with salted peanuts which is even more cursed.
I made a UA-cam comment on the video when he uploaded it asking how the Ford Stadium thing worked. He replied: "They have a deli. We based our lists off what was available at the stadium."
Flats, i'm an italian old rein main that lives in Italy and i love your content. You have to believe me when i Say that: you probably never tried the good mozzarella. That's the kind of food where the Word "orgasmic" Is appropriate.
i so agree with you on bacon, flats. i like it! it's delicious! but i won't expend my incredibly limited energy to make it. my husband would, and my son would, but i 100% don't care about bacon enough to bother making it if i don't just have some on hand.
So canned bread is something that is pretty commonly eaten here, around the Boston Area. Its a staple from when we used to be a big molasses processing area.
As a somewhat bills fan I have a lot of respect for the Detroit Lions for loaning us their field when buffalo got buried in 7 feet of snow in a single weekend
I think the the reason this guy has all these ingredients is that hes actually a chef😂 you dont have one of every seasoning and cheese and sauce and ALSO grow your own ingredients without knowing how to cook😂
Most fresh mozzarella in stores are quite bad. Like sharp cheeses are easier to source because they last a long time, but fresh mozzarella has to be made fairly locally. But the flavour is still quite mild - it shouldn't be watery, but milky and its generally about adding some richness to a light salad/sandwich. If you compare like, well made italian fresh mozz to store bought, its night and day even in the way it looks/cuts.
Cheese is best strong AF. Cheddars that bite back harder than you bit them. Blues that leave you moaning from the tang. Gouda smoked and aged to perfection. Parms and Fetas that nip and salt you to perfection.

I had the wierdest thing that I tried that ended up being good. I remember freshman year of college this guy in the band made a sandwich with ham, cheese, and strawberry jelly. I tried it and the jelly actually makes it taste insanely good. Its only strawberry though, if you slap grape on that thing you are weird.
1:25 As a half italian myself i can tell you that you just had shitty mozzarella because good fresh mozzarella is some of the BEST cheese i have ever had
