Can confirm based on observations I have done about myself. Well I've always thought of Floor as a Goddess, I'll be honest I stopped listening/watching Nightwish some years ago because of the animosity that was going on with the band they weren't tight anymore it seemed just a mis mash of noise, but then Floor came along, Nightwish are so much tighter now like a symphonic orchestra spot on timing, I thought what have I been missing! & of course Troy has brought his instruments and vocals into it & I never realised what a lovely voice Marco has I normally hate growling but yours is done in such a melodic way it's not offensive I've been into Iron Maiden, Metallica, Uria Heep & other metal bands, Rammstein is another, I am a 73 year old male who cannot watch/listen to you Floor without tears running down my cheeks I have to watch where I watch you sing so I'm not embarrassed, good luck for the future.
I think having Troy there helped, but Floor seems so much more at ease/comfortable in this type of situation these days, in the aftermath of her Beste Zangers explosion. Also, I'm gonna be ordering even more stuff from Amazon now, and waiting patiently by the front door for each delivery :).
Bill Attercliffe Floor’s accent seems to be some mix between Dutch, Finnish, Swedish and northern English 😂 she doesn’t really have an accent anymore she just sound like “Floor”
I wouldn't say all Dutch women are like Floor but she sure is a typical Dutch woman. I love her because of that. I think the Dutch are the most down to earth people and it's the best country to live in.
Now I understand. Floor entered and won the singing competition show not for self promotion, but for the selfless reason of bringing recognition and a greater audience to the metal genre. We metal fans owe her a lot as this can only bring in more talented musicians who might otherwise have steered towards another genre.
