Man these look so nice. Congrats to you for copping these for retail. I've been a lifelong Kobe fan but had to pay 2-3x retail to cop the Kobe Chaos 5 Protro's. Definitely going to consider these!

The Kobe code on the shoe means heart which is a call to Kobe playing with heart. Also the traction pattern is a heartbeat. Such a dope shoe. Wore mine so much back then.

Great review Marvin, wasn’t able to hit either, went a full size up. Hopefully they’ll fit, had a couple of colors from 2009-2010. Waited for resale to go to $300, just waiting on mine to arrive.

My first pair of Kobe 5's were a Nike ID and I still have them. Nike offered the ID option shortly after they won the NBA championship in 2010 so a couple years back I was able to turn some heads at the gym when walked out onto the floor wearing them. I had my initials embroidered on the heel areas and my name embroidered inside the tongue...They are awesome af to this day.....Fast forward to now I was able to cop a pair of Bruce Lee's but unknown to me, my gf bought me a pair of Bruce Lee 5's as well. Great vid!!!

I’m still waiting to be able to get a Kobe 5 proctor. Honestly i want a GR...i don’t need a “special” colorway release at all. I was lucky enough to catch a W on the Bruce Lee’s and i almost cried growing up a Laker fan my whole life and being a kid getting to watch Kobe early on is a blessing
Great info ...one other quick note look closely at the front of the shoe the OG mainly the side of it,more slimmer ..cut that is SALUTE
Im also a wide footer and heard to go up so i did and it wasnt enough so what i did was by the cheap 1$ insole and now they fit perfectly also saves the og insole

hey I'm a tts 10.5 us but 11 us in the mambacita 6's fit tight with insoles so I got these in alternate colour way in size 12 us. Hope they fit well with insoles but a 1.5 full size up is kind of weird tbh but whydavis UA-camr did it with Kobe 6 reverse grinch and it was still tight lol what is going on lol
Basketball players and their stick-like feet. I'm not sure any Kobe's fit me.

Small correction: KAJ was not in Enter the Dragon, he was in Game of Death. The iconic yellow and black tracksuit is also from Game of Death, but the 4 slashes are indeed from Enter the Dragon.

The originals have more of a sleek look to them compared to the protros... Think I like the originals because of that, but also like how the colors pop on the protros. Both shoes are beautiful nonetheless tho

Love the 11. At this point, I’d choose those Bruce Lee’s over the 5. The 5 will always be iconic though.
