I think this is the best home Downfall Nemesis has made, not because of its available "themes," but because of its functionality and customization. I think the "V's Apartment" on Neon, from Cyberpunk 2077, will always remain my favorite - but I am biased - whereas this one has the most "right" to be added to my Load Order. The Enhance! MIrror, Refreshing Shower, Working Radio, and self-closing doors are not just great additions, but they also remind me of my favorite QoL mods for Homes/Settlements in Fallout 4. Especially the doors, because I was always annoyed by my Companions opening doors that I had just closed, and it bothers me in Starfield as well, whenever they do that. I would like to see all of this functionality in their future homes, but I understand it would be too much work to "retrofit" these upgrades into all their older home Creations.
This is a bit silly but the one single mod I've wanted since the games release is something that puts fish in the water tanks on either side of the walkway leading from the Spire transit station haha.
@@goonerlee: Falkland did exactly that, for their Plaza (which has both an exterior and interior, although most people will not see the exterior unless they jump off the waterfall), and there are fish in tanks all over the place ... but I agree, adding them to the two sides of the walkway under MAST would be a huge improvement to taking that path to/from the NAT.
Coffee time. Yeah very tempting just for the coffee service. Alas, I’m much too stingy for a fiver for an apartment I’d never use. Great video, great review.
I agree. The only apartment I visit is the one in Akila. It's small, has 2 entrances (to avoid the idiot at the front door), and has that Akila style to it. The balcony on the (1st class citizen's) apartment is also cool to sit and enjoy the view. I have not been there is a while 🤷🏾♂️
That's actually not a shower its a eye wash station with a overhead rinse. Seems to be the moder used it not knowing its actual use but it's probably fine most would never notice.
Curious when they add holographic ssnn news as you progress and tv news with you in action lol. Maybe add a crew member from the news station like mea. And im gonna say it minigames also for in your ship with companions
I really like this mod, it reminds me of the hyper-functional Homes mods in Skyrim/FO4. I would have instantly bought it for 100 credits. 400 seems to be high, I will think about it
The apartment looks very nice and I was very tempted. But, it didn’t make sense to me to pay 500 credits real money so I can pay pay up to 6000 credits, in game money, to rent, but not buy, an apartment…
That is a fair point, and I have thought that about games before. For example, Seres Retreat player home requires you to purchase the house on Neon for 80,000 Creds ... after you spent real world money converted into Creation Credits. I personally think all Paid Creations should be "free" inside the game, but I understamd why the author was going for immersion.

Wasn't sold on the pricing at first but I am impressed with all the features and functionality they crammed in. Better than I was expecting.
I’m honestly tempted to get this since all player homes in UC space are locked behind the Vanguard quest line
It's very cool, excellent work!! Great for non a Constellation play through. I do wish you could just buy it outright though.

not silly. Would add a lot to the ambiance.
@@hraefn1821 It would wouldn't it? We need more fish in New Atlantis!

11:02 is that like a decontamination shower like the one you see in fallout 4 at the Saugus Ironworks.

I just shared my wishes like a robocop or edi vasco
This is how the house should come after the questline but bethesda as always lacks to work in details.
