I am so glad I found this. Conflict resolution as more than 'common ground' and winning is a worthy paradigm shift. 👏

How do you treat people that have hurt you badly with dignity if they have not acknowledged the harm or apologized?

Excellent summary of the human condition_ everyone and their dog is a 'come follow me guru' these days_ and the only question we need to answer to solve all human suffering is the question" how do you have compassion for people who torture you. Jesus answer was : Father forgive them for they know not what they do. This prayer works even if they are sadists. Cause who would choose to be a sadistic asshole? No one So the sadist is also unawares of themself. Have a teletubby day 😊

With all my respect and dignity conflict resolution specialist Donna Hicks failed between Israel and Palestine, Colombia conflicts, and the United States and Cuba conflicts. These conflicts continue today, unfortunately.
