Awesome content! I am in sales with a small remodeling company. My wife and I do fairs, farmers markets, and festivals to schedule appointments. She follows up with leads and verifies appointments . I show up, present and close. We use Market Sharp as our CRM, and One Click Contractor for our Proposals. We also use GAF quick measure, Eagle View, and Hover to spec out our jobs. We need to start having an online presence. My wife and I are attractive, articulate, and teachers by our nature to help others. However we are hardly using these talents to our best advantage. It is time to get serious about growing our business. We may end up starting our own company soon. I am willing to sharpen my skills while I am still working with this small company and then go out on our own. As soon as I finish this quick note I am going to explore your training. I’ve spent the last 15 years selling or managing a roofing company and it appears to be coming to an end. I’ve decided to go out on my own because I have all the knowledge necessary on every angle except of course Marketing because why not lol. I’m honestly terrified and I don’t know what to do but I will try this and hopefully figure everything out. Thank you so much for your input.

Should it be the salesman’s job to collect payment after job has been installed for him to get paid? Because I have jobs from 3 months ago that I still haven’t been paid on and it’s making me want to quit each time I see a paycheck
If I'm in me second year and have 20k to invest into my marketing, where would you invest? Torn between an seo company that my friend used and had amazing results but the price is high, 3500 a month and will take 6 months to see results putting me half way into the season.. Or Google/fb ads 3-5k a month managed by a google ad agency? Any tips ?
