Making biriyani in Bhutan | Family signature recipe| delicious chicken biriyani

We made a nadan chicken biriyani on a lazy rainy day in Bhutan. We were quite successful. This recipe is originally my aunt's (dad's twin sister Meera appachi's) .. I have made minor changes to the original recipe. It is a rich biriyani with the goodness of ghee, cashew and coconut pastes and a whole lot of spices.
I will make a proper recipe video later
