They should have made her responsibilities more harsh. Like arranged marriage. Something like that. She is just expected to get married, have kids, and run the village. Those aren't that bad. She comes off very selfish by wanting to defy that. So many ppl are relying on her and she just wants to goof off. That is very childish, selfish, and shallow. She definitely should be able to do whatever she wants, but that doesn't make all decisions equally good.
