    Be sure to do some extra warming up if needed and always train to your own personal limit
    The Power with Purpose Team are concerned about our community at this very difficult time and as are offering UA-cam tutorials and basic training techniques to assist people who may be forced to be isolated and unable to afford training at this point in time.
    So, make a clear and safe space to train in, ensure that you don't overdo the training and above all stop immediately should you feel discomfort or pain
