thanks for sharing, will try and copy this technique, first time i heard about multiple poses and expressions. really useful, keep it up , cheers!
soo cool man. the ai art is so great. the character is so awesome
Interesting. So best to create the character, then use them as image prompts for different settings. I'm helping a friend write his daughter a children's book, so I will keep this in mind. Thanks so much!
Yes that is exactly how i created this video with consistent characters

Thanks a lot. This is what I was looking for. I felt so grateful that I subscribed right away!
My pleasure. If i can help you in any other way dont hesitate to comment back.
@@rmas thanks a lot. I will put into practice your tutorial. If something doesn't work for me, I will come back and leave another comment so that you can perhaps teach me/us new tricks.
Nice video. Thank you!
Thank you!
Thank you I am just concerned about the deformities, like fingers it hit or miss this was hepful thanks
Nice to know about promptly extension
I thinking about creating a clone buf for Midjourney only prompts
This is the best explanation video I saw on this topic! Thank you very much! I saw a bunch of videos but I was having a hard time with the discord interface and you really made it idiot proof. Thank it!
Thank you for you great comment :)
is it possible to take a character from a drawing and put it into different poses and expressions, and in different generated scenes? i want to have control of what the characters look like, but keep them consistent, and how the scenes look, would reference pictures help with the way the characters and scenes look? i don't want generic characters.
I did not get the chance to test it with Midjourney but i know for sure you can achieve that with a local version of stable diffusion.
do you have a list of -- commands?
I created a chrome extension, i will try to update it frequently,
My chrome plugin ? It's already available and free. Donations are welcome. chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/promptly/cbbcphmidjdoikocpbjohadbncadphkh
Almost there. I think it would be great if somehow you could use Midjourney to create the character and then another AI software could take that character and create a model with generated poses.

Images in a graphic novel that were created using the AI Midjourney should not have been granted copyright protection, the U.S. Copyright Office said in a letter seen by Reuters.

How to do it on blue willow?
I dont know, I havent been able to generate a sigle image on blue willow. Im always getting a bluewillow bot did not respond error
@@rmas ooh.. ☹️
How can you say that it is consistent? Clothes are different for example
Hi there, thanks for your comment! You're right that the clothes might be different in some of the generated images. However, when we mention "consistent character design" with Midjourney, we're referring to the overall style, proportions, and visual aesthetics that remain fairly consistent across the generated images. While there may be some variations in elements like clothing, the AI still manages to maintain a coherent look and feel for the character, which is quite impressive given the nature of generative image technology. We appreciate your feedback, and we hope this clarifies our perspective on the consistency of character design using Midjourney
Sorry, but these are not consistent. I have tried them before but clicked on your video to see what am I doing wrong but it’s the same steps. The images are not similar.
Combining this technique with the seed number could also help. I havent had. the time to test it out yet but im pretty sure it can help bet better results
@@rmas Hey, thanks for response. I have actually tried everything possible that one could do as of now. It doesn't work. Best case scenario is to introduce multiple characters in story and keep using see and url to generate those characters.
@@siddharthkumar1859 I have the same problem. Maybe in the future this will be possible.
@Siddharth Kumar you might want to consider installing automatic 1111 and getting acclimated with using stable diffusion. You can use midjourney to create some really incredible artistic images, but stable diffusion is where most of the control and modifications for consistency and variation come into play. Combining Midjourney with Stable Diffusion is really powerful.
@@JustinFosterJustinchi yes have been hearing about stable diffusion lately but haven’t checked it out yet. Is there a video where they explain step by step to download and use stable diffusion ?
i think using seed value gives more consistency than this method
Maybe combining both methods would give a better result. Images plus seed number ?
I can hear ChatGPT 😂
With my "Just ok" English, it helps me structure my courses :P
Good lord, these are some real ugly looking character designs. This is great for initial character ideas, but for these to look good, they need to be redrawn by a character artist.
Hi there! You're absolutely right - these AI-generated character designs are meant to be a starting point and may not have that "wow" factor. Their purpose is to help inspire initial ideas, and as you pointed out, it's ideal to have a character artist refine and enhance them to achieve a more visually appealing and consistent result. Thanks for your feedback, and I hope the tutorial can still provide some value in your character design journey!
I mean, you COULD learn how to dr.....SORRY, SORRY, SORRY, SORRY, SORRY.
HAHA i love how peoaple just assume you dont know how to draw just because you use ai art... Here is one of my drawings cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1033007792803545098/1082294389784715295/spider-man-original.jpg
